At Garrett Whitelock we enjoy being part of your local life. Between them the directors have been in SE1 for a combined 20 years and are proud to own a business here. It’s why we are happy to answer any questions you might have on how best to sell or rent your property or to help out if you’re new to the area and simply need some advice. As we continue to reinvest in a community that has given us so much we look to use local suppliers where we can and are visible at festivals and other events. We further our role as responsible citizens by giving a percentage of our fees every month to a local charity as voted for by our clients. Ultimately we’re providing a service to SE1 residents and property owners. Our offices are located in renovated buildings with a historical flavour (they were at one time a print works warehouse) and we’ve designed them to be as pleasant and welcoming as possible, with the exposed brickwork and contemporary finish a reminder of the history of SE1 as well as its modern life. GoogleSimple and speedy letting agency that are well organized in setting up viewings, references, paperwork and finally key collections. Harry was our assigned agent who made moving a walk in the park. Currently enjoying the wonderful flat with my girlfriend.

GoogleGarret Whitelock have been letting and managing our flat in SE1 for about the past 5 years. The professionalism with which they approach each new tenancy, handle the search for new tenants and the associated administration, and process the ongoing collection of rents has all been perfect. On the management side, the handling of occasional equipment failures or complaints by tenants has been dealt with by Kerri so as to resolve the issue quickly and economically, and in such a way as to minimise the inconvenience to the tenants and to us as landlords. Overall, Garrett Whitelock has maintained a fantastic level of service over an extended period, which is to be highly commended.

GoogleWhat comes across as a highly professional estate agent, when in reality, threatening to terminate your contract whenever you have any issue with your housing even if it is entirely legible and valid such as safety issues. Please read the Trustpilot reviews instead of these overly ambitious google reviews and consider if this is the team of individuals for you. Update - editing my review since the estate agents have replied. Of course I would not post about something as serious in nature as my own housing under my official name, would you do that? Considering how poor my interactions with your team have been at present, why would I then feel comfortable to engage in an exposed conversation with you online? It’s upsetting that this is a genuine, recorded issue experienced with your agents and instead of giving me an ounce of seriosity, you have already hit me with dubiousness, really disappointing but unexpected. Thank you.
