I have had an outstanding experience using Garrett Whitelock Estate Agents for the last 6 years. They have managed my rental property during this time and are about to handle the sale. I have had good services working with the whole team particularly Kerri, Lee and Harry who are professional and highly experienced. GW are organised, prompt and have taken care of the tenants, maintenance and compliance. They give a clear communication every month of the expenses and rent which ensures easy tracking. During some recent difficulties with a building leak and tenants leaving they have helped with most of the stress and burden. They are hands-down the best agents I have ever dealt with and I would have no hesitation to recommend them. Huge thank you to the whole team!

Lee Whitelock provided an excellent service trying to sell my wife's Victorian terraced house just of Tower Bridge Road. We had weekly feedback of those who visited and the response. There valuation was in line with other larger Estate Agents and although my wife lowered the cost to the lowest valuation amount they were unable to obtain the asking price. Garrett Whitelock acted with integrity during the whole process to which I feel saddened that they were unsuccessful in obtaining a sale in this instance.

Garrett Whitelock are a rare beast in the world of estate agents - an honest bunch! Since they sold me and my wife our flat in 2018 we kept in touch and when it came time to sell they were our first choice. They helped us navigate the rough market at the time, and a rough exp where a buyer walked away due to some very odd circumstances - with some support after some consultation they recommended we rent our flat out through them, which they have been taking care of excellently! I wouldn't even bother with them. Blokes that run it seem okay but Kerri defends landlords that don't want to replace mattresses with a "made in 2019" label on them and then having the cheek to fight us for a steam clean for the mattresses (Moved out May 2026) so the next renters can use them. Disgusting, trampy behaviour, would hate to see the state of her house if that's the behaviour she feels is acceptable by their landlords. Kerri also forced us into using their recommended cleaners, which quoted us the higher end of the market, make your own assumptions with that information but I wonder if there was a nice flower delivery to her desk that week. Kerri threatened that any cleaner we personally use won't be allowed back into the property if the invigilator who checks the inventory, makes any comments about dirt spots but they will let their recommended cleaners back in? Which, by the way, is a prohibited requirement under the Tenant Fees Act 2019 The quicker the Gov clamps down on more rules and laws that protect renters, the quicker these predatory, sleazy estate agents evaporate. Luckily we took them to the DPS regulators over the mattresses, which ruled in our favour (Of course they did, who in their right mind doesn't replace a mattress after 7 years?!) Nice of Kerri to ask if we wanted to negotiate before we went to the DPS hahaha, yeah right. Feel free to find me on my socials and DM me, I will happily share all the evidence with you. Just steer absolutely clear of anything to do with that woman. Kerri also tried to steer us away from using the DPS by mentioning our funds will be frozen. That's not how the DPS works and most of the funds were released straight away, only the disputed costs were frozen, very dark tactics to use to manipulate us into negotiation. I feel sorry for any renters on their books who aren't aware of the consumer rights that protect them because they are 100% getting ripped off by this awful estate agency.

By far the best agency I’ve ever had to deal with. I couldn’t recommend it enough- an incomparable experience to my previous agencies in the UK. Best letting agency - I have rented current apartment for the last 3 years with Garrett Whitelock, and I can’t recommend more - while my friends have been telling me horror stories from their expérience with different agencies, I never had a complaint. Any issue I faced, Kerri has been extremely responsive, contacting the landlords straight away, and send someone to fix the issue. We've used Garrett Whitelock for one of our properties since 2016 and were pleased to get them on side for our second one in 2022. As they are a local, independent agent, they are able to be incredibly hands-on, and the individual care and attention they give to us, our tenants and our properties is outstanding.
