Kerri Harper is the property manager for the flat we (Fraser and Katie) have rented through Garrett Whitelock since August 2021. Although Kerri manages numerous properties in the local area, she has always been extremely responsive. Most recently, Kerri helped to arrange a new washing machine, and a repair man to fix a shower in the flat in stereotypical lightning-quick fashion. She even came to do our property inspection a week or so later and it was nice to finally meet such a friendly face.

We were looking for a spacious apartment in London (preferable in Zones 1 and 2). We were new to the city, but with the help of Garrett Whitelock we got a much better deal considering it space wise, locality and even all the features in the apartment are fabulous. Garrett Whitelock are fantastic. They got good viewings for my property with decent offers. And then they handled a complicated sale, helping to find a way through difficulties with the property not having an EWS1 form, and got the sale across the line. They were always really responsive and transparent, and I found them to be completely trustworthy. I was abroad for the entirety of the sale, and Harry was so helpful, going far beyond the standard service I have experienced with other estate agents. I've been dealing with Ben for a number of years and keeping tabs with him whilst renting my property, with a view (following a move to Australia) to use his services for a sale when the time came.
