About Garrett Whitelock London Bridge
At Garrett Whitelock we enjoy being part of your local life. Between them the directors have been in SE1 for a combined 20 years and are proud to own a business here. It’s why we are happy to answer any questions you might have on how best to sell or rent your property or to help out if you’re new to the area and simply need some advice. As we continue to reinvest in a community that has given us so much we look to use local suppliers where we can and are visible at festivals and other events. We further our role as responsible citizens by giving a percentage of our fees every month to a local charity as voted for by our clients. Ultimately we’re providing a service to SE1 residents and property owners. Our offices are located in renovated buildings with a historical flavour (they were at one time a print works warehouse) and we’ve designed them to be as pleasant and welcoming as possible, with the exposed brickwork and contemporary finish a reminder of the history of SE1 as well as its modern life. GoogleThe best two guys and agents you find. I've dealt with Ben and Lee for more than three years now and found them a pleasure to work with and a thoroughly professional, competent service. Ben helped me find my Bermondsey apartment and provided all the required help to ease the purchase process. When it came time for me to sell some years later they were the only agent I turned to. We worked closely to determine the right sales approach, found a great buyer and professionally executed, successful sale. Ben and Lee also helped my wife and I find a rental flat while we transition to our new home. I can't say enough good things about them and recommend them to anyone looking for the right direction in the SE property market.

GoogleWe hired GW to let a property for us. They also advised us on its purchase prior to letting and answered all our questions patiently. Ben provided us with an outstanding and attentive service and was willing to go the extra mile. He is personable, knowledgeable about all aspects of property sale, purchase and letting and his business is at the cutting edge of technology, so you needn't fear that your property won't get the best possible airing on all media streams. I could not recommend Ben and Garrett Whitelock more highly

GoogleIncredible and thorough experience! We worked with this agency upon relocating to London from Canada. I can 100% recommend this agent for great efficiency and friendly service, Had used two agents before in London, but prefer an agent where I deal with the same team, they are always available to help and have made the end of current tenancy change very swift with no problems. GoogleGarrett Whitelock, specifically Kerri and Lucy have been great! The flat has been a great place to live, any repairs have been adress extermely fast and they have a great relationship with there contractors too, all the team seem very happy. Out of all the landlords and agencys ive had renting Garrett id happily place on top.

GoogleThey are by far the most efficient agent I have ever dealt with. Kerri looks after my property and she always (pleasantly) surprises me with the speed and efficiency when she sorts things out. all the staff members there are very friendly and pays personal attention to both landlords and the tenants. I only wish my kids who are renting in other areas have agents like Garrett Whitelock. Highly recommended!

GoogleTo whom it may concern I am thoroughly chuffed to have found the Garrett & Whitelock Estate Agency. They have been affable, conscientious and professional throughout. They guided us ever so carefully and patiently through the gauntlet that every first time seller must negotiate and made Hurculean efforts to succeed with the first attempt, though it had to be aborted due to unavoidable difficulties. They were then very helpful and professional in organising the flat rental for awhile until it was time to try for another sale at which time they helped to find to find a cash buyer who sailed through to completion. Though our business together is technically finished, I still feel free to call and ask advice on our other properties, as one would ask of a friend. GoogleOne of the worst estate agents that I've had the displeasure of dealing with in my 10+ years of private renting! Every step of the journey from the moment that we were accepted as tenants to the very bitter end has been painful having to deal with the estate agents. They were constantly condescending, they always put the blame on us any time we raised a maintenance issue, very unprofessional and combative.
