About Garrett Whitelock London Bridge
At Garrett Whitelock we enjoy being part of your local life. Between them the directors have been in SE1 for a combined 20 years and are proud to own a business here. It’s why we are happy to answer any questions you might have on how best to sell or rent your property or to help out if you’re new to the area and simply need some advice. As we continue to reinvest in a community that has given us so much we look to use local suppliers where we can and are visible at festivals and other events. We further our role as responsible citizens by giving a percentage of our fees every month to a local charity as voted for by our clients. Ultimately we’re providing a service to SE1 residents and property owners. Our offices are located in renovated buildings with a historical flavour (they were at one time a print works warehouse) and we’ve designed them to be as pleasant and welcoming as possible, with the exposed brickwork and contemporary finish a reminder of the history of SE1 as well as its modern life. GoogleI can’t fault Harry and the rest of the team at Garrett Whitelock. From the start of the sales process they were responsive and reliable. Ours wasn’t a straightforward sale, with many frustrations along the way, but they took it all on their stride and provided an excellent service. They were also far better value than many others we considered.

GoogleCompetent, professional and competitive. I switched from one of the 'well known' estate agents and have not regretted the move. The office is local to the Tower Bridge area and importantly, the staff have good local knowledge. Their landlord services have been responsive and excellent.

GoogleWe rented a flat managed by GW for two years. Hands down the best experience I’ve had with a realtor in London. They are responsive, helpful, and make sure you are well taken care of. Never had any issues. Our realtor was Harry, super friendly and efficient, took time walk us through the process and answer all our questions… highly recommend!

Harry showed me the flat as many times as I needed to decide, thoroughly and honestly discussed the potential of the property and explained the terms of the contract in great detail. GoogleBoth Ben and Lee at Garrett Whitelock have been brilliant to deal with. They are extremely knowledgable about the rental market in SE1 and found me a fantastic property within days after months of searching with other estate agents. GoogleGarret Whitelock have found me tenants for about 5 years running now, and I have come to really appreciate their consistency and professionalism over that time. They arranged and managed several viewings in the first 2 weeks, while other local estate agents (who shall remain nameless) had 0 viewings and suggested that the 'market was slow'.
