Paul Higham (Technician) is absolutely fantastic. He has attended the property to fix a couple of things and on both occasions was super friendly, professional and helpful. Just a genuinely nice guy that knows his stuff, which is what you want when you have people come into your home.

Two technicians attended today and replaced our faulty front door lock. We found them to be friendly, courteous and very professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and the job was completed within 10 mins. Impressive work.
