Very positive experience

As a first time buyer, Anwyl Homes are great to deal with and really helped with the process which can be very overwhelming. Gyllian at Lottie Gardens is so friendly and has helped with every stage and made me always feel welcome when calling in to the office to ask questions. She kept me informed at every stage and as we were the first to move into the development, made us feel very special! The moving in gift was a lovely gesture. The site team are also very friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our Ellen Home .

Fantastic

From our very first look around the show homes with Linda, our experience with Anwyl homes has been outstanding. We were really impressed with the high standard, care and professionalism with a personal and friendly approach. Linda and Nigel were fantastic and made the buying process seamless. The builders worked incredibly hard to get our property finished on time and we moved in without delay. We are thrilled to bits with our new home. Everything is finished to such a high standard and there is plenty of space. We are really grateful to have chosen Anwyl homes and I would recommend to everyone. I’ll admit I was a little nervous about moving in whilst there was still construction next door and opposite, however it has been totally fine. The builders are all lovely and friendly. They always smile and say good morning and nothing is too much of a problem for them. In particular our Builder Matthew, site manager John and the head groundsman and Paul - all very helpful and are a credit to Anwyl homes.

Paul, Chris and Tony the Anwyl technicians visited to rectify a cracking floor in my home. They were friendly, courteous and respectful of the property. My wife and I had a meeting with a health visitor for our newborn baby and all the technicians were considerate about reducing work noise during this time. The quality of the work is fantastic and the problem is solved. Couldn't be happier. Thank you to all three technicians, great work lads.

Eagles green / turned away

We visited the eagles green in Warrington , as we were thinking of relocating . On arrival at the show homes we were turned away and advised she had locked up at 3pm and did we want to book ? , no thank you we had travelled with two young kids and didn’t expect to have to book to look around . So no thank you anwyl homes we will look elsewhere 😡

We moved into our Anwyl home in Sep 2024. We were first time buyers and loved the Burscough site. We dealt with Stephanie and Kelly who have been great and we felt supported throughout the whole process. We also were supported by site manager and his team. We are very pleased with our house and we are very glad we decided to move to Burscough. I would highly recommended anyone to go and see Stephanie and Kelly as they are friendly and approachable. We have recently recommend a friend to move to the site. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy an Anwyl home as the build quality and customer service is great 😊.

I dealt with Dave & Matthew who were very helpful throughout the whole process of moving in and completing snags in a quick and efficient manor. Winnington Place

Winnington Place, this is our first time buying a new build property and can honestly say, if we ever needed to, we would do it again. We moved to rented accommodation which took a lot of the house selling/buying stress out of the process and we could just enjoy the excitement of buying a brand new house. I know this isn’t suitable or even possible for everyone but it worked for us. Firstly we must mention Marie, Louise and Kelly in the customer service team (although Kelly has moved to another site now) these are the ladies you meet when you come to visit Winnington place and the show homes. These lovely ladies are friendly, genuine and honest. Very approachable and easy to talk to. And not a single pushy sales person in sight, hats off to you Anwyl for promoting this type of culture. A special mention to Marie who walked the majority of the process with us, we thoroughly enjoyed our ‘meets’ and your down to earth approach, a huge thank you to you.Secondly The Site team, Scott, Keith and Andy, these are the guys who look after you once you have moved in in terms of snagging, trades etc. We found then to be very efficient, nothing seemed to be too much trouble, they were all professional and easy to deal with, we couldn’t ask for a better site team.Lastly, we love the Lymm house style, the amount of room you get with this house is great value for money, we especially love the beautiful large open hallway upstairs. The garden is also a great size, ample room to extend/have a summer house/outside office and still have a good size garden. We would definitely buy an Anwyl home again, however I don’t think anyone would be able to prise this one away from us.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!As a single parent, moving to a new home initially felt overwhelming, but the team here made the process so much easier. Gillian, the sales representative, has been an absolute star, she went above and beyond to support me through buying my house during a stressful period in my life.A special mention goes to Isaac, the site manager, who has been nothing short of amazing! As a perfectionist, I can be quite particular, but Isaac has been incredibly patient and accommodating. Nothing has been too much trouble for him, and he’s gone above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right.I’ve been fortunate to have a month to decorate and carpet the house before moving in, and Isaac has consistently checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, even offering help when needed. His support has truly made this transition as stress-free as possible.I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible service and highly recommend them to anyone!

Gylian worked tirelessly to ensure our house was ready in record time, pushing the sale through to make sure we moved in just before our little boy started school, something we are incredibly thankful for. Isaac has been nothing short of amazing, completing all snagging tasks quickly and with great care and consideration for both the house and our family. Henley style roof issue …

We have been in our Henley style Anwyl home over 3 years now and a recent fault was found on this house type in the roof trusses has just been fixed.Ian in charge of the works kept me updated throughout knocking on daily to give me an update on progress and even changed the order of the planned works as I am due to move very soon and he wanted to get ours done to avoid any issues on moving day with scaffolding being in place.Thanks Ian for doing this and ensuring this fix went smoothly

Perfect experience!

We’ve had a really great experience with Anwyl, from the minute we came to view our house Gyllian went above and beyond and supported us through the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. We couldn’t have done it without her! The quality of the build is amazing even down to the doors and skirting boards. Since we’ve moved in all the workmen and Isaac, our site manager can’t do enough to help us and fixed any issues immediately.

We bought our home through Anwyl at the end of September 2024 and are incredibly happy with everything.From the start of the process Marie (Sales Office) was absolutely fantastic, she dealt with all of our questions (my girlfriend asks A LOT of questions) within 24 hours. Her communication was brilliant the whole way through the process, nothing was ever too much!We mainly dealt with Keith (Site Manager) on site, again, he was absolutely brilliant with helping us with any questions and advice on what to do once we had moved in.The quality of the house is really good, we're really happy with it and would definitely buy from Anwyl again if we ever needed to!

Having Gareth as our site manager made…

Having Gareth as our site manager made our moving in experience 5 star. Moving into a new build can be daunting not everything is always perfect straight away but having Gareth and his team looking after us made us feel so secure and sure that any issues would be sorted efficiently. Every time we had an enquiry or needed support Gareth made sure we were attended to. Our home is wonderful and we love living here on The Fairways. Thank you to Gareth and Anwyl for making our experience a positive one. Gareth is very professional and knows his sites inside out, what I love is that he knows all our names and makes us feel part of the Anwyl family. I would recommend Anwyl to anyone looking at new build homes.

We have had no major issues, just little snags that were put right straight away. The finish of the house and spec were better than we had initially thought when we were given the keys. We have been here 5 months now and it really feels like home.

We recently purchased a house on the Crossfields site in Catterall after falling in love with the show home. We had a few stressful weeks during the purchase phase due to being in a chain and Imogen was extremely helpful and understanding throughout. Once we moved in, we had a professional snagging company come out and they also said they were impressed with the quality of work and that you could tell care had been taken throughout the build and although, like with all properties, there were a few snags they were all very small minor things.Ian was superb at getting everything resolved straight away and made sure everything was done to a great standard. Ian kept in touch every day to make sure that we were happy, settling in well and to make sure we had no other issues. Nothing has been too much or too little and Ian is always happy to help. If we haven't been in whilst people have been fixing the snags Ian has always made sure our dog was ok and happy. We are both happy with our house and glad we chose Anwyl and if we were to buy another new build in the future we would happily choose Anwyl again.

I had an issue with my boiler recently, I phoned Keith who said I needed to phone Customer Care and Keith came straight round to check I was ok. Sophie in Customer Care was fantastic and I was so grateful for her help at that time. Sophie and Keith went above and beyond to make sure the boiler was fixed. I cannot thank them both enough for organising everything to make sure the boiler was sorted and making sure I was ok. Amazing Customer Care.

Having moved from Northern Ireland on my own I recently purchased my house and can only praise the staff who work there. From Marie in the sales office who was really helpful in giving me advice and so pleasant, to the site Managers Scott, Keith and recent employee Andy.These wee bunch of lads went above and beyond their duty, always striving to help, fix and advise when necessary.There were a few snags and one issue with my hob was resolved with the help of Keith and I was really grateful. The other minor snags were immediately seen to as well.Their good humour and general behaviour were first class and I will always be indebted to them all.I have no hesitation in recommending Anwyl Builders to anyone buying a new home.
