Lee Reynolds & Richard Nelson have just completed some snagging issues at my property. Really just wish all workmen from all trades & professions were as courteous & professional as these two, also cleaned up as if they have never been here. We bought our Anwyl Home in Feb and we couldn’t feel more at home. Our experience from the beginning starting with Debbie in the sales office was fantastic and from her communication, honesty and friendly approach allowed us to feel completely at ease throughout the whole process, this being something we valued as first time buyers. The site manager Ian, and Pete have also been brilliant in helping us with any queries/snags we had once we moved in which allowed us to really enjoy the first few months without worrying about anything. All of the new builds are stunning and we are extremely happy at Cross Fields thanks to Anwyl and all of the team.

The cement sealing around the house has been done very poorly, and there are obvious gaps and unfinished areas. Because of these gaps near the roof above the front door, bees are now entering. Then I contact the customer service, they ask me to call out own contractor filling under 2 years warranty.

Peter came to fix our front door as we had issues with bugs getting in, he was brilliant such a lovely man and full of knowledge. Peter went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed for us.

Had a small leak in en-suite toilet, which marked ceiling in hallway. Leak was fixed a couple of weeks ago. Chris Appleton came round today and replastered patch in ceiling, then repainted. He did a brilliant job. Also resealed toilet.

In the 6 months since moving into our house, we have had around 4 service technicians come out to the property. Chris Appleton has been the best by some margin. The care and attention that he has spent, make fix any minor issue we have had is fantastic. Thank you, for a brilliant job!

The Anwyl team on the Winnington Place site have all been great. The ladies in the sales office were always helpful and approachable and responded to queries in a very timely manor. Once we completed and the site team became our point of contact Keith the assistant site manager and the rest of the team have been great. They have been more than happy to help with any very minor issues and they were sorted within the next working day. Excellent customer care from the site team. Highly recommend Anwyl homes, especially the winnington site.

Paul was superb with his work at our house. Everything was done to perfection. He checked, checked and checked everything was perfect. Asked me to check I was happy before he left also. The quality of work by Paul is extremely good. Would highly recommend.

We have just bought our first Anwyl home and are absolutely delighted. The whole process, from reservation to completion, has gone so smoothly. First contacted Anwyl back in October 2023, where I was helped and supported by two lovely Ladies Kelly and Marie choosing my house. The process from choosing to moving into my house was guided and reassuring from both Kelly and Marie and I got the keys to my house within 7 months. Almost been 3 months now since getting my keys where I met the Gentleman’s Kieth and Scott who are the site Managers of the development. The house is Bob on, really chuffed with it but extremely pleased by the hospitality from the people I’ve encountered from Anwyl.

Chris came to fix our damaged bathroom ceiling 6 weeks sooner than expected due to a cancellation. He was friendly, efficient and very thorough, removing and replacing the damaged section as opposed to patching it up. Looks perfect now. Thanks Chris

After moving into our new home at 12 Easedale Lane Warton Pete the site manager has been a great help. I have asked him on several occasions for help and he has been absolutely brilliant with his response and all his help with our new home. Lee was very helpful and explained everything throughout his visit. Was very friendly and was great with my very inquisitive puppy. Overall it would have been better to receive a time slot so I didn’t have to stay in all day waiting for the visit, or even a call/text whenever the workmen are on their way

Chris has completed his job at a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble. He was great working around me working from home. Everything has been done to a great level. The doors are fitted much better than the last doors. Really appreciate the hard work Chris has but into this.
