Winnington Place From the sales team to the site team, everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. Kelly and Marie from Sales have been wonderful in seeing us through to the handover. The handover file full of helpful information was something we didn’t receive from other house builders so that was really useful.Keith, Andy and Scott have been great. We had a few items on the snagging list and they were fixed promptly. We also had two incidents with the drains and that was seen to by another very helpful guy on site. (Welsh guy - sorry I didn’t get his name) I’m glad to report that the site team continues to be there for us if we encounter any issues. Overall we are extremely happy with the house. We chose the Euxton and love the floorplan. And we look forward to turning this house into a home. Last but not least a huge thank you to the crew from Anwyl Homes Winnington Place who have helped make this process as stress free as possible.

We moved in to the Queens Meadow estate, Shavington, in June 24. Our experience with Anwyl has been exceptional throughout the entire process and we have absolutely made the right choice of developer. I have a good friend in the building trade, who told me which developers to go with and who to avoid. We are so glad he recommended Anwyl as one of the good ones.After sales has been above my expectations. The few snags we have had have been fixed within a couple of days of reporting them. Neil (Site Manager) and Sam have dealt with them timely and professionally and we cant thank them enough

Minor, nuisance, issue with our side access gate. Thanks to Customer Services, Michele for arranging a visit by Technician Josh Hough. Josh had the realignment sorted in a few minutes and replaced a broken closing batten to finish the job off properly. 5 star customer service from the Anwyl team. Thanks again Josh and Michele.

We bought an Anwyl property in July 2024 in Winnington and all staff have been absolutely fantastic, very professional and courteous too.Our first contact was with Marie and Kelly who couldn't have been more helpful acting in a friendly and professional manner from start to finish.Once we moved in to the property we dealt with the on-site managers Keith, Andy and Scot who have also been incredibly helpful, courteous and very professional. We had a few very minor snags (to be expected with a new property) and the on-site managers very quickly rectified these minor problems with an extremely high degree of professionalism and efficiency and very importantly, to our personal satisfaction.We have absolutely no issues in highly recommending Anwyl to anyone who is looking to buy a new property in the Northwich area.

From start to finish the whole team from Anwyl Homes at Winnington Place have been brilliant. From the ladies in the sales office, Kelly & Marie helped us through the buying process explaining or the legalities to help with choosing fixtures and finishes to our new home to the after sales team who have been excellent. With a nothing too much trouble attitude, Keith has helped us settle into our new home with friendly, helpful advice and support. The few minor issues we did have were dealt with promptly with the team going over and beyond to meet our expectations.

Anwyl Estate: A Tale of Unfulfilled PromisesInitial Impressions• We moved into the Anwyl estate in 2023 and up until we moved in and all the houses were complete service was good and things seemed new and fresh as you would expect when you commit to a new build.Deteriorating Conditions• However then people moved in and the final elements have seemed to be neglected.• The road surfaces incomplete, drive ways and pathways incomplete.• Areas not maintained to any sort of standard by the maintaince company.Unkept Commitments• You say things will be done by a date which moves and it's not evident that anwyl are even working in the site the last 3/4 months.
Hi Darren, we were really sorry to read this review, it is correct that final surfacing the development has taken much longer than we would have hoped to complete. Final surfacing of the footpaths should be complete by Christmas and the roads are due to follow in the New Year. Trust Green and Bellway are responsible for the upkeep of the landscaped areas, we have raised concerns with them about the condition of the development but would encourage you to do the same to ensure they complete the actions they have promised. We hope you see some improvements very soon.

Paul a service technician came out today so sort an on going issue (two years!) with insulation above the garage.After poor service from anwyl themselves Paul was a refreshing change! He was fantastic! Professional, helpful, conscientious and did an excellent job. I really can't praise him enough.
