Alexandra Gardens - some hiccups but overall a good experience! This is our first home and the team in the sales office is so helpful; they’re quick to answer any questions or help with any issues! We did have some hiccups at the start of the sales process but since moving in, we’ve been ok! Just a couple of snags that are being looked into quite quickly as well. Thank you to Jason, Alex and Jan for all your help!

First time buyers, now long time fans of Anwyl and the Fairways team!

Adjusting moving into a new home is never going to be easy, but Anwyl made the experience seamless and stress free.From the moment we first chatted to Helen, myself and my twin brother got a really good feel about the company...which is even more impressive given every meeting we had before purchasing our property was on Microsoft Teams!Helen and the rest of the Fairways team are a credit to Anwyl and were on top of every question we asked of them and we asked a fair few...The on-site team of Phil and Gaz have been brilliant since we first saw the house in its embryonic stages and even though we have been settled in our property since May/June, Gaz is still making sure any snags are sorted swiftly...(We even have a chat about football which is always an extra bonus when he supports the same team as you do..!)When we have needed some advice from customer service to come round to fix a couple of bits and pieces, they have been exemplary. We had an issue with a cupboard door, and following advice from Helen and Gaz, we contacted Alex via email, who was efficient in his response and arranging an appointment for us. Even down to Paul who came round to fix the cupboard, he was on time and was very thorough, extending Anwyl's excellent service. Given we hadn't heard of Anwyl before looking for our new house, it is now a massive surprise to us given how attentive everyone has been. A well kept secret!Thanks to all the team for their help. We are very grateful and will be recommending them in the future.

Ceiling touch ups!

My ceiling has been showing some unwanted marks caused by the flooring boards, and on 17th and 19th Chris Appleton came out to do the work. Chris has been so lovely, very understanding to my dog and the myself as not long had a baby. Communication was brilliant from Chris and felt at total ease with him in my house. Thank you so much, 😁

I am so pleased with the services provided by Will Waterworth and Issac. Will is the sales representative who gave us immediate support and clear explanation whenever needed. Issac is the person in charge at the site who helped with fixing all the issues after the completion of our property. He is so nice and helpful and gave us genuine support to help get all the issues sorted out.

Thoughtful?

There is immense irony in this company’s slogan - ‘thoughtful homes’. This business is far from thoughtful. They used the unadopted road adjacent to our house as a logistics route to their construction site for months, shaking our house relentlessly each and every day as articulated lorries thundered past. They arranged a structural survey beforehand to record any pre-existing damage. When we contacted them about the cracks and crumbling plasterboard in our property they (eventually) denied all responsibility. They are completely unresponsive to complaints or correspondence. I would not trust them as far as I could throw them.

Creaking stairs and floor

I had Issues with creaking from my stairs and floor in my main bedroom. Paul and Richard were sent to fix the problem and did a fantastic job. The problems were completed over the course of two days and they worked professionally throughout. I am very pleased.
