GoogleGot properties with letting team.They are unable to get rent from the tenant or renew tenancy in time .to the extent they sold me rent guarantee and still no recovery of rent from insurance.I am waiting for over £3000 Hopefully someone gets this message and get response.

GoogleExcellent professional service throughout . Fair valuation & excellent marketing resulted in a cash buyer offering the asking price. The sales progression team are particularly impressive with a friendly yet tenacious approach to getting across the line . My solicitor was not the fastest or most proactive and SK kept up the momentum. All completed in about 3 months . Can not recommend them more highly

Put in to view a property that has been reduced, so they are obviously struggling to sell. Wait time to view the property is 7 days, despite that fact I literally work across the road from the property. Really wouldn't be happy if I was the vendor and knew there were such delays at viewing my propertyOn top of this, they didn't even have a record of lease and service chargesReally poor
