TrustpilotFake advertisements on Rightmove
RWinvest publish advertisements on Rightmove at certain prices. However, those properties do not exist when enquired..it’s just a fake marketing scheme they use to attract people. Don’t fall for it.. if you fill out a request for a brochure, they will then spam your inbox and make calls to promote other expensive investments ..I have screenshots of few advertisements as proof..

Ok, so i have now been through the whole cycle.Tbh I wish i had put the phone down on the first call i had.The property was over a year late and it seemed as time went by all the cards were stacked against me.It felt like i was a small fish swimming with sharks, I felt my inexperience of dealing with property development worked against me and as I say I wish i had not got involved.I would sing the praise of Tom Southern, who had me questioning and moaning at every stage. We have know completed, but it felt like a super struggle , full of hassle and disappointments.It certainly feels like a normal family like us, should have left this type of buy off plan investment to the professionals.We were excited when we started our journey (see my earlier posts) but it ended up feeling like a trip to the dentist!

GoogleI'm personally giving 5* to Adam Burns. Has been helping me with a resale of a development as circumstances changed. It was very complex and time pressured, but Adam remained calm, collected and highly approachable throughout the process. I'm sure I was annoying him with my daily requests for updates but he always responded promptly and diligently. Couldn't ask for more from him - thank you so much for helping us get this transaction over the line.

I would highly recommend using RWInvest as they were very professional, friendly and efficient throughout the process. I particularly dealt with Hamid and Rachael. Hamid has been incredibly helpful and responsive whenever I have needed to ask questions. Rachael has been wonderful during the process, checking up to see if I need any further assistance and was also very friendly and helpful. This was particularly important for me as I am not an experienced investor and did need some help along the way to reassure me!
