Daniel and Chloe - Fantastic client care team

Fantastic team guiding me through the whole purchase process - from spending the day showing me the different areas of Liverpool, helping me select the right properties to suit my requirements, getting the paperwork done smoothly and always being on the end of the phone to sort out any queries. Could not have had better service from Daniel, my Property Investment Consultant and Chloe, my client service manager. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt like I was being sold to, they were genuinely interested in client care. Many thanks to them all. I have today exchanged contracts on two apartments and I would not hesitate in working with them again.

Amazing Service

I was a little concerned about purchasing through RWinvest, particularly after reading some of the reviews. I thought I had made a terrible mistake. However, Hamid and Chloe walked me through every step of the process, personally met me and stayed in touch through out the process. I got immediate responses via email and What's and the accommodated my changes several times. I am still in the final stages of taking possession but so far the service has been amazing. Dire financial predicament solved…

We were in dire predicament regarding a signed contract on a new-built flat through a rash decision by our daughter and realising she would not be able to go through financially with the project and affecting us. It was like putting a rope around our necks situation. Tayla was following the matter up well and on timely manner , but the thing that I like to improve on, is to give the client more time to review the documents or to prepare before the dead line, not only 2 days before the deadline get informed you have to finish it today or tomorrow or in 2 days ! specifically when we had received the document on 2 days before the deadline .
