Thank you to Daniel Stewart for his professionalism, support and reassurances during the process from offer through to exchange. It would be fair to say my wife was highly skeptical about purchasing off plan especially with very tight time frames but Daniel chased and answered all our queries taking much of the stress away. I want to thank Chloe Walker for helping me with my 1st investment through RW! Initially I was daunting by the whole process as I’d never bought from plan, but that all soon changed. There was always Chloe at the end of the phone line. She was friendly and very helpfull. No question was too small. Simply amazing, approachable and nothing was too much trouble. OUTSTANDING SERVICE I cannot say enough good things about the team which handled my property purchase at The Element in Liverpool. As a non-UK resident and first time buyer of an off-plan property I was a bit apprehensive. Ron Lloyd has not spared any effort to assist me making the right choice. I purchased the apartment whose construction is not yet finished, and I asked to visit it. I determined whether the representatives of the company were Daniel Chapma and another representative whose name I unfortunately do not remember. Both of them arrived with a smile on their face, they took me to a comprehensive tour starting at the construction site and then the main building so that I could get an impression of it and its facilities. The representatives of the company answered my questions, and in matters where they had no answers (regarding management fees, for example), they promised to get back to me.The positive feeling also stems from the fact that, as far as the company is concerned, the deal was over a long time ago, yet they acted as if the deal was still ahead of them.

Rocky at times but solid overall

We purchased an off plan property in Liverpool 4 years ago, which is just due to complete next week. The delays were partially due to covid, and partially due to the development changing hands. This transition was the rocky stage, where we found it unclear what was happening and difficult to get straight answers. However, we did accept that there would likely be rocky patches like this with buying a property off plan.However, now that we’ve seen the flat we’re absolutely delighted. The place looked fantastic, really good quality for the investment we made and we now feel strongly we made the correct decision.There have been a few people involved in the experience, but the standout for us was Daniel Chapman who regularly answered our questions promptly and showed us around the apartment when it was finished.I’ve knocked off 1 star just for the reduced communication frequency during the transition stage, but I do accept that things were chaotic around covid which may have been the reason.
