I would like to share my resale experience and it is so luckily that I met Daniel Chapman. He is one of the best I ever met. His responses are prompt and result-oriented (that is no doubt one of the thing that buyer and seller want). He managed communications and works among buyer, seller, developer, buyer solicitor, seller solicitor very well. I believe that what most buyer and seller worrying about is that we aren’t not in the town and even overseas, many things we cannot control it and once we cannot get responses promptly, we don’t know how to do. RWInvest, as their name suggests, are principally agents dealing with investors so our dealings with them as owner-occupiers (or buy to live rather than buy to let) has been an interesting experience for both of parties.RWInvest staff, we have dealt principally with 3-people, have been consistently professional throughout. They have also been friendly, helpful, understanding and proactive throughout a lengthy negotiation process (approximately 9-months from deposit to exchange) and always recognised the need for a win-win solution for both the developer, the seller, and ourselves, the buyers, seeking to find a home for the next few decades (we hope).I must admit that we were first wary of working with agents who exclusively (?) work with investors but our experience has been very positive and, whatever your position as a buyer (buy to let or buy to live) we would recommend RWInvest as agents to work with to help you achieve your desired outcome.

BEWARE: in my experience, if anything goes south with the development you will get zero support or genuine information from RWInvest. They are good at marketing the properties, but that is it. They seem to do no screening at all, so whether the development succeeds or not is a matter of luck.Bought an apartment in a new Liverpool development that RWInvest marketed, they told me the developer had a very good track record. The developer went bankrupt, it is in administration now. 5+ years after having paid for it, there is no building, no alternative, and the investors have lost all of our money.RWInvest have mostly ignored my emails and phone calls, and in the few cases they answered the response was completely unhelpful.
