GoogleI was a little concerned about purchasing through RWinvest, particularly after reading some of the reviews. I thought I had made a terrible mistake. However, Hamid and Chloe walked me through every step of the process, personally met me and stayed in touch through out the process. I got immediate responses via email and What's and the accommodated my changes several times. I am still in the final stages of taking possession but so far the service has been amazing. Let's see how the developer holds up

GoogleAs a first time buyer, they are very good at meeting all your requests and assuring you of any doubts that you have. The staff is very attentive and there are constant check in’s of progress from them. They take you through all the journey, always making sure to ask if you have any questions and letting you know the options you have. Overall it was a pleasant experience with constant availability of information which for a first time buyer is very reassuring. I would highly recommend it for anyone looking to buy a house.

I am still waiting 8years later from purchasing a property from rw invest Hamilton hub with no sign of me ever getting it or my full payment of 52,000 thousand pounds back I have been lied to time and time again to no avail. The developer ypg is responsible as well as rw invest ,I strongly advise anyone thinking of investing with rw invest to research both companies before they commit to anything.

Dear Andrew,Thank you for your feedback, however we must stress that the contents of your review are inaccurate and in parts, false.The development you purchased a property in was a purpose built student accommodation. The development completed at around the same time that the Covid-19 pandemic arrived in the UK and nationwide lockdowns were imposed in early 2020.The Covid-19 pandemic impacted every sector across the UK including the construction industry and the student rental market. During the initial stages of the government imposed lockdown, many students vacated their properties and new developments such as this one could not take bookings for their opening academic term, which meant the building remained vacant. As you may recall the restrictions imposed within the various periods of lockdown were consistently changing which meant that there was no certainty on when bookings could resume.Once the lockdown restrictions had eased, it was no longer viable to rent the properties as originally intended and the developer has since been working to find a solution to return all investors deposits to them in full. Your assertion that you have been lied to is entirely false and without merit. Our Post-Exchange team have been in regular contact with you throughout the process of your purchase keeping you up to date on matters whilst also requesting further information from the relevant parties in order to keep you further updated at all times. We would urge you to continue speaking with RWinvest directly should you require anything further.RWinvest.
