From my initial tentative enquiry through to completion, Harry in the London office and Adam Burns in the Liverpool office dealt with all my questions in a very professional manner. Adam frequently checked up with me during the legal paperwork process to ensure all was progressing smoothly with the paralegal. Where documents didn't arrive as expected from the solicitor he chased things up ensuring a worry free conclusion to exchange of contracts for our two apartments.

Difficult company who had disregard for client data.I registered interest in a development some years ago, but didn’t pursue any investment. They started spam mailing me about other investments and I asked to be removed from their systems.3 months ago, I receive threatening messages from a water company saying I owed them money on a property I didn’t own and never had anything to with. After hours of digging I found out that rw invest had passed on my details in error to this company by mixing up my details with someone else’s.This was escalated to their directors and apologies made, but no offer of anything to make good for the pain.Today I receive an email which has gone to a whole host of email addresses similar to mine seeking a followup to a property.Edit: 3 AprilAfter a detailed investigation, RW accepted a series of failures and appear to have taken the misuse of data seriously - I understand they are tightening up processes and controls to ensure this doesn’t happen again. The way they have handled this over the past 2-3 weeks has been very professional.

All my respect for him and for assisting on my case. He definitely deserves a 5 star, however the reason of 4 is because the agent who tried to sell the flat (not anymore with them), did not give the right information re the property. If my situation will change, I will chose to go ahead with them.

The development completed at around the same time that the Covid-19 pandemic arrived in the UK and nationwide lockdowns were imposed in early 2020.The Covid-19 pandemic impacted every sector across the UK including the construction industry and the student rental market. During the initial stages of the government imposed lockdown, many students vacated their properties and new developments such as this one could not take bookings for their opening academic term, which meant the building remained vacant. As you may recall the restrictions imposed within the various periods of lockdown were consistently changing which meant that there was no certainty on when bookings could resume. Once the lockdown restrictions had eased, it was no longer viable to rent the properties as originally intended and the developer has since been working to find a solution to return all investors deposits to them in full. RWinvest has been in constant communication with investors throughout this time providing updates where possible and assisting in any way we can. Please be assured that our clients best interests are paramount and we will continue to offer our support to all of our in this matter. We do not wish for any client to feel undue pressure regarding this matter and would invite you to continue to speaking with our post-sales department so that we can offer our full assistance.
