I've been wanting to buy a property in Manchester for a little over a year, and the proposal presented by RW, despite being the most expensive, was the one I chose. however there is a detail in the project that I didn't initially notice and I think it could be better. the building has a single elevator and I think this could be a problem if it breaks down or at peak times to go up or down to the 14th floor.

I had specific concerns over the certain engagements with the solicitor, and she was available every step of the way to advise, consult and even speak to the developer or solicitor on my behalf. Very attentive, customer focussed, agents. Friendly, helpful and supportive. So far so good. Hopefully they can keep up the good service - just about 2 years to completion so it’s a bit of a long haul but we’ve been told what to expect and I feel confident that things will progress well as the building work is carried out. Looking forward to a site visit soon!
