Wonderful experience with RW right from purchase to completion

I dealt with Aaron Serrao who understood my investment requirements well. He found me the property, kept me up to date with the development and answering my questions. Then, Thomas Southern and Lewis McKibbin well arranged us a completion site visit. Lewis McKibbin showed us around our finished apartment and the facilities available in the development. He also briefed us the surrounding developments since it was our first property investment in Liverpool.Lewis was a polite gentlemen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all questions that we had. Our overall experience with RW Invest has been positive from the start. Excellent Customer Service from Kallum Holmes

Kallum Holmes from RW Invest was a great host showing us around our new apartment in Liverpool. He made sure that we had plenty of time to inspect the apartment and allowed us to visit the other parts of the complex that made the development unique. He even took time to give us a tour of the surrounding are since it was out first time in Liverpool. Our overall experience with RW Invest has been positive from the start and Kallum made even better!I would definitely look to them again if I was in the market for another property.

Fantastic experience

My recent site visit with Lewis McKibbin of RW Invest is most encouraging and enlightening. Lewis is not only thorough but have also paid attention to details that were very relevant to us as first time UK investors. He took time to understand our concerns about the Element property development, ensuring that we are well informed of the current property market conditions around the development. Lewis' responses are very respectful and informative. He also provided us with full PPE for the site inspection. We are just as impressed with the Site Supervisor's knowledge of the status of the development. Overall, we felt a lot more confident of our investment with RW Invest after the site visit.

We are in the process of purchasing an off-plan apartment in a new development in Liverpool and whilst it is not yet finished, we asked for an opportunity to visit the show flat. Dan liaised with us over this and worked to fit a visit in to our schedule and not his own. A couple of minor glitches (created by us!) were dealt with and sorted quickly and efficiently by him and nothing was too much trouble.We raised questions about furniture, and specific requests regarding how and where furniture could be distributed when the time came close to completion. These were discussed and solutions potentially found, again without any fuss.We are regularly updated with progress of the development.All round, a very good service with excellent customer relations.

We bought an investment property with RW Invest. Rachael from the Care team provided us with excellent service, following up frequently both the developers solicitors and our own solicitors to ensure we exchanged within the timelines. The main reason for taking off a star is because dealing with the sales team prior to being handed off to the Care team was stressful. There was a constant sense of urgency and needing to make a decision right away else you will miss out.

Overall it has been a satisfactory experience with RW team in terms of purchasing a off plan flat. I am still right at the beginning of the process and still a long way to go to complete the purchase. Lewis Sweeting was very helpful and had lot patience to take me around to the site and show a flat by the same developer. Lewis Francis & Chloe Walker did a brilliant job in answering all our questions especially in the background of economic chaos and uncertainty. Very helpful but at the same time not being pushy. Daniel Stewart has made few other doubts clear to us before we made a final decision. Overall it's an excellent team at RW. Hope it all goes well.

Excellent and personalised customer service from start to finish. Lee Blackie made the purchasing super easy. I was a first time investor and put my trust in him to work in my best interests, securing the most effective deal. Chloe Walker was very helpful at the next stage and took the time to check in regularly via email and by telephone, answering queries thoroughly and effectively.
