The whole team of RW Invest has been amazing, all are friendly, professional and working around the clock to help me. Sami Abdul helped me with the purchase and came up with a few flexible payment plans, I can't thank him enough, stay up late to show us the development plan and pictures online to show us that we really had made the right decision in the purchase.Adam Burns was helping me with the legal purchase side of things with patience and support, giving me good advice and help with my solicitor side of queries as well. We met Kallum from RW Invest on a short notice while visiting Liverpool. To be honest, we felt at home during our visit the minute we met. Kallum was waiting for us to walk us up, did a mini-tour visit of the facility, and candidly answered all of our questions regarding the unit. He took notes for our inquiries, and wrote us back the following business day. He then walked us around for a tour of the intended investment. Curteous, meticulous and helpful, we cannot have asked for more professionalism on the job. Kallum radiates honesty which builds on the trust factor that client expects, especially across cultures.

I wish I’d have given them -1. I completed everything and exchange occurred in Sep 2023 in which I was meant to get my net rental assurance towards end of Dec 2023. I have been chasing the company for so long with no respect to my emails. Worst investment I have ever made and highly not recommend.Update: One of their team called Peter was outstanding and super helpful so he reached out in no time and ensured someone from Legacy get back to me and my rent was transferred within 24 hours so that was outstanding performance from him after months of chasing. they lie about the deal they make just to get the sale so be carefull.the solicitors they recommend namely Excell law are in the developers side rather than your side,I am thinking of taking this matter up with Law society.The development overall is ok, the cinema rooms a joke, a tv with a couch in front lol 😂 the rental return yet to be seen what amount will land in my account, aint got much faith in that too, in reality i just got tangoed.Louise Mcgibbon was excellent in showing us around and gets full marks ✅

DO NOT invest your money with RW Invest - BUYER BEWARE

DO NOT invest your money with this company, their employees are pleasant and attentive until they have majority of your money, they then pass you on from pillar to post, recommend solicitors who keep 'shutting down'despite you having paid money upfront for their their services and after almost 5 years of being patient (Covid was taken into consideration) My GBP35,000 has been sitting in their bank account earning interest and the development is still not completed - the newly appointed solicitor has suggested all potential investors group together to sue the development at a further cost which goes into the thousands and the developer has emailed to advise against it meaning the purchasers are left adrift RW invest appear to have washed their hands of it and cannot help me apart from sending me further emails about other developments that they would like to fleece me for. At this stage it looks as if I have lost all of my money and have no asset to show for it. Absolutely disgusted with this firm and cannot believe that legally this could happen in the UK. Prior to making this investment I checked the internet for any bad reviews and could find none - the reality is the before sales service is good but unfortunately you will be scammed - I wish someone had written an honest review - as a single parent this money was meant to subside my son's university - due to the financial strain this put on me my son did not complete university. BUYER BEWARE !!
