GoogleNo phone calls returned. Office CLOSED DOWN AND EMPTY in Crosby and I was not told!!! We have to phone up to get feedback on lettings. Go to Open Rent would be my advice they are way cheaper. R R r a joke

GoogleHaving invested in property for over 10 years, I have dealt with countless estate agents and very rarely, if ever, been impressed with the level of service received. Thankfully, Reed Rains have restored my faith in the profession! They ensured my flat purchase was as hassle free as possible by keeping me regularly updated on progress and keeping the sale moving forward. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate and her dedicated team!!

GoogleWhen we rented the flat everyone was so lovely, they helped us doing all the paperwork and get the keys very quickly. The problem is when you have an inconvenience, WE ARE WAITING SINCE 3 WEEKS AGO TO GET THE BOILER FIXED, with a 4 months old in the house!! This is insane!!! Actually they came to fix it, after 2 days the boiler was broken again!! Do not trust them, very disappointed!

GoogleI couldn’t fault Reeds Rains at all. I found a house for my mum to rent through them and they were so helpful given that neither of us have rented before. Tammy in particular was great as she explained everything to us and was so patient with my one million and one questions. It’s definitely helped the moving prices be a lot less stressful!

GoogleWe were very interested in a flat, and had booked a visit. But it was cancelled and they never called back. So we've been to the agency to schedule another appointment and they said they will keep us in touch to reschedule the visit, but they never did. (They had our email address and phone number) Really bad agency. We were ready to take the flat but they didn't seem to care too much

Jack took me around two places, walking me from one to the other whilst being extremely informative with property information and general helpfulness. My experience with them in the run up to the viewing, and on the viewing day itself was really good. Definitely recommend them on the basis of that experience.PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleGreat team of professionals to assist you in purchasing a new property. Emma who works as a mortgage broker/advisor at the branch went above and beyond and I would highly reccomend you use her. Olly who provided day to day support was very communicative and was always on hand to assist with questions and resolve any issues. I’d have no quarms using reeds rains again for my property needs!
