GoogleAbsolutely incompetent. I ended up having to directly contact the landlord in order to sort out any repairs. Almost everyone I dealt with (on the occasions where Reeds Rains actually decided to try to address my issues or questions) seemed to have no clue what was going on. Hands down the worst experience I've ever had with an estate agent.

GoogleBest in the Business, wouldnt go anywhere else ! Constant updates throughout the process and always there when you call for assistance. Justin & Maggie are a credit to the company. Would recommend them to everyone (have family now using them for their sale)

GoogleI would give this estate agent less than 1 star if possible. Had 2 viewings booked with them, they left us stood outside the first place waiting after not telling us they'd had an offer on it already that day and then booked a group viewing for the second place without informing us of this fact. Definitely avoid.

GoogleFrank, a friend of mine is using this agency and they never told him that tenant hasn't been paying rent for months. How unprofessional is that and they are now increasing management rates from 12% to 14% !

GoogleI was showed around by a agent called Dan the man. He was very polite and cracked a few jokes. I was quite literally laughing out loud, LOLing all around the house!!!!! would I recommend reeds rains and Dan? Yes!!!

This is the worst experience I had with an agency. I have the same issues at home from 5 months. When you try to say that this is not reasonable they treat you like an idiot.If you want a good customer service please run away as fast as you can from this agency.Tenant of 50 Ripon Street

GoogleDo not waste your time with this company. We organised a flat viewing in during a lunchbreak. They didn't turn up and gave no notice to avoid us travelling across town and wasting our time. That said, they were nice enough to follow up a week later to ask if I was still interested... Incompetent

GoogleAs a landlord it can be so difficult to find an agent that is responsive. Olivia, Emma and Tammy are incredible and they respond to all of my queries with speed and professionalism. If you are considering a move to a different agent I could not recommend them more!
