GoogleProbably the worst letting agent, ever! Had cancellation after cancellation (and was only notified 10 minutes before viewing!!) of course, I was on my way to the property on all occasions. No sincere apology given and no attempt to reschedule. Avoid at all cost!

GoogleMy favourite part was when I wasn't given a key fob to get into my building for 4 out of the 6 months I lived there - eventually had to buy my own (and wasn't reimbursed), now that's what I call service.

GoogleWe signed the contract for a flat and were given the wrong keys, leaving us without access to the building. Washing machine/postbox broken. Zero communication. I will never rent with Reeds Rains again and I advise you to avoid them.

GoogleWe've had a brilliant experience at Reeds Rains. The customer service is excelent. Staff are really friendly and make you feel like nothing is to much trouble. Really glad that we are renting though them π β¦
