GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with Tammy who got our flat let out very quickly and with minimal intervention needed from us. She handled key collection and tenant find for us and was always quick to reply via email and available on the phone.

GoogleStupidly had property managed under this absolute incompetent company in Liverpool. They tell lies to cover their backs, cannot carry out simple tasks and full of false promises. It is impossible to speak to a manager, you are constantly told you will receive a call back which never happens. I would avoid like the plague. Its an absolute shambles and 1 star is too high a rating!

GoogleMy father required some previous tenant information from 2016 to defend against a very delayed (and ludicrous) Liverpool court summons. Even though he no longer owns the flat or has been involved with Reeds Rains for some years, they very quickly located the required information for us! GoogleOne of the worst agencies in liverpool🤢. They hang up on me as soon they heard my accent . When i called back she wanted only to close the call and didn’t even listen to what i said. Pay attention to the reviews .The majority of the reviews are fake.

GoogleMy girlfriend and myself called at the Branch this evening. Looking for a property near where we work. What a great service we received. A lady called Pat , looked and talked us through not only properties to rent in the area, but possibly buy in the future we are looking to buy next year. Will revisit when ready to buy. Excellent service, very helpful

Googleliars and cheats! they tricked me into letting out my property for 12m with all the rent upfront rent and then the tenant moved in and they didn't pay it!

GoogleComplete waste of time, from moment of starting property selling to being sold, now released keys for property yet money has not been paid in yet, completely avoid, do not use

GoogleI have been with Reeds Rains Liverpool for many years and the company has been going through a rough patch the past year. Since Chris O'Leary and Tammy have been in charge, it seems to have stabilised and it is running well again. Hopefully they will continue staying in the branch as their pro-active energetic approach seems to have made the difference!

GoogleMultiple issues regarding a property we let. Delay to tenancy, property not cleaned prior to move in and we were not notified, garden access removed, unsafe decking. Poor communication from them - after raising a formal complaint no acknowledgement of wrongdoing or wrongdoing. Branch manager Emma Fagan in particular was rude, dismissive and unprofessional on multiple encounters

I have rented property through them and since I moved in to property I reported couple of issues like broken fence, mould in toilet etc but even after 5 months nothing happened and staff are v rude to answer your phone call. they keep delaying the issue. I think even the counsel manage the properties better than them. Tenant of 8 Brampton Drive
