GoogleI sold my house via Reeds Rains St.Helens. The house was sold within 6 months of posting the initial advert. I found their service professional, timely and friendly. I would like to give a particular mention to Jane Kerrigan who took many calls from me and was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would recommend anyone selling their house to use them.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking left with no hot water for over 6 weeks now, when are you going to fix this like you promised? Calling every day over this issue and they have no idea what I'm talking about. Keep getting told someone will get back to me but never do. They have no concern over tenants health!

Google!AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst customer service ever! They hardly ever respond to calls or emails, everything takes forever. Took almost a year to fix the bathroom taht was full of mold, windows have mold, washing machine too.. the oven is broken, bit expecting anything from them anymore. Very unprofessional.

After a frustrating and truly disappointing stint with another company, I entered into a fully managed service agreement with Reeds Rains. Tammy stepped in as letting agent of my flat, competently resolving my frustrations. Someone competent is looking after my UK property affairs for the first time in years - Well done Tammy!

GoogleI have been a landlord with Reeds Rains City Living for a couple of years. My overall impression of this letting agent has been very poor. Communications are slow and management of the property has been exceptionally slow. Contractors used are very expensive (quoted roughly double for replacement white goods). Where other cheaper contractors are then used, I have had to manage all repairs/replacements myself. Very unimpressed. I understand my tenants have also been unhappy with the service provided. GoogleWe were given 10 days notice to vacate our home as it was sold and the buyer wanted to move in straight away. I called around a lot of places over the course of 3 days with no luck. After seeing a property advertised by Reeds Rains, I contacted them and was dealt with by James. Without him I don't know where me and my partner would be right now, but thanks to his hard work, professional approach and calm manner, we are now all sorted with a new place to live. I'm sure we provided him with a great challenge, but he gave us reassurance that he would do everything that he could to get us in as soon as he could and he did not fault. We would just like to thank him and other members of the Reeds Rains team for making this possible and helping us out of a highly stressful situation. GoogleWe have been looking in Liverpool for some time and speaking to a lot of agents about the various areas as we are not local. Reeds Rain have stood out and Tammy in particular has been the most helpful agent we have come across in the city, she is a fountain of knowledge, a genuine pleasure to talk to and very giving of her time, which is hard to find these days.

GoogleVery slow when it comes to maintenance issues, there were several problems with our flat that never got fixed despite several calls and emails made. This company uses a zero deposit scheme which is essentially a scam. When we had a dispute with our actual landlord, Reeds Rains refused to help and said “their hands are tied”. As our tenancy was with them it is their obligation to help out when the landlords are acting inappropriately yet they did nothing. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleReally helpful staff. As a landlord who lives at other part of the country I need to use the full management services offered. This sometimes involves delegating repairs and other task to the state agency staff. I have always been supported by Reeds Rains staff, they are all very professionals. I have to mention Emma in particular, as she took the time to email me some photos of a repair to put my mind at rest regarding the quality of the work commissioned. Very pleased with the service.

GoogleI would not usually post a comment on the performance of any organisation, but feel compelled to to comment on my experience with Reeds Rains City Living in Liverpool. It was the worst experience i have ever had the displeasure of and i would urge anyone looking to rent a property of them to AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I will not go into all the details as it is to lengthy . Please beware of the no deposit facility,as its not, i was told i would pay a deposit then the balance of the monthly premium when i move in only to be told on point of collection of the keys that i had to pay a further cost, i was not told that when i agreed to rent the property. I am a senior account manager and have been for many years and i communicate with clients on a daily basis and i can only say i would not employ any of the staff at your branch. Eventually on arrival at the branch , i told a guy at the desk i was there to pick up keys for the property , only for him to print me a copy the keys and my contact details and then for me to be asked was i dropping off keys. THE GIRLS SITTING BEHIND THE DESKS DID NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ME EVEN THOUGH I RANG THEM TO INFORM THEM I WAS ON MY MY DOWN TO COLLECT THE KEYS. Who trains your staff, the manager , the area manager , who knows, but i wonder if i will get a customer satisfaction follow up call, highly unlikely.
