GoogleHave rented out property for nearly 10 years and recently moved property management to this office. Would not recommend to anyone. Not responsive to emails or diligent in dealing with repairs. Only interest is in adding to their bottom line and have regularly taken money off my rental statement without justification. Finance team not linked with office so can’t even establish why fees are taken.

GoogleVisited shop whilst on a day visit to Liverpool to enquire about accommodation. Entered shop and were promptly told to leave as it was by appointment only. There were no other customers and request was abrupt and rude. The website says, on site services were available.

GoogleRecently went to view a property at reeds rains city centre branch. A lady called Abigail helped me. From the moment i walked in to the office the service she provided and the help gave me was sevind to none. I would definately reccomend this estate agents and there staff

GoogleAvoid Reeds Rains. Rented a flat through them. 1. They postponed our move in date, by nearly a month. We had to live in hotels for few weeks because of that. 2. Once we moved in, we called about door bell not working and a leak, it was never fixed. I fixed leak myself after a month of them doing nothing. 3. When we moved out. We did not receive our deposit back for almost 3 months. Even tho they said we left flat is good condition and there was nothing wrong with it. Had to call and email so many times before they finally gave in and sent it.

GooglePerfect partner for a property portfolio! As a first time landlord, I needed a lot of help to get started. My main contact was Tammy. She and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and patient. They held my hand the through whole process, and got my property professionally listed and tenanted. I would recommend Reeds Rains to any landlord for a fully managed service and rent protection too for your peace of mind. I'm relaxed knowing my property is in good hands.

GoogleThe Reeds Rains team in Liverpool city centre have done an amazing job for us! We first put our property on the market in July 2022 and from arranging the initial viewings through to completion of the sale in January 2023, they have supported us through particularly stressful moments and kept us informed at every stage of the process. Whilst we will be renting a property for the next 12 months or so, (also arranged through Reeds Rains) we will absolutely consider using their services again when we are in the market to purchase our next property. Thanks for all your help, Justin, Jack and Maggie.

GoogleBoth Ben and Phoebe have been amazing, they make the process very simple and they always keep me informed on any updates. They filled the tenancy for me twice already, and both times the tenants found by Ben and Phoebe have been lovely and respectful to the property. As a landlord, i cant imagine working with anyone else.

I am sorry you feel unhappy about this, however we have referred you back to the disputes process. We didn't have a viewing booked for today, but he took the time to personally show us the property we went for and did a fantastic job answering all of our questions. It was a pleasure to deal with him and I'd highly recommend his services. Overall, we're very happy customers.

GoogleWe live abroad and bought our flat through Reeds Rains in 2015 , we rented it out through them for a few years but as rent started coming in later and later we decided to sell. What a disaster. They were completely ill equipped to deal with anyone not in the UK and no verified document was enough to prove our identity (despite being clients for over 5 years) . They refused to sell the flat for us but thank goodness we went to another agency in Liverpool who were brilliant !NegativeQuality

GoogleReeds Rains are the worst estate agents that I have ever experienced. Despite knowing that we were moving from a another city the property wasn't ready on the agreed move in date meaning that we had to find alternative accommodation for that night with no notice. Once we did get in the property was in a disgusting condition with mould, stains on the floor and a soiled mattress in one of the bedrooms. This took them days to replace. We then had recurring issues with the boiler resulting in an extended period without hot water and then during the winter lockdown we had over a week without any heating. Despite Reeds Rains giving us a number for a plumber that was able to complete the job within three days Colin Knowles insisted that we use a different company to save the landlord money. This resulted in us having to endure sub zero temperatures for a week longer than we had to when working from home in a lockdown when nowhere else was open. Throughout the ordeal Colin showed absolutely no concern for his tenants, zero empathy and was rude and condescending. When arranging to return the keys at the end of the tenancy I specifically asked Colin if someone would be in branch on the Saturday afternoon up to closing time. After assuring me that a member of staff would be I made the journey into town on the Saturday afternoon only to find no one there and the branch closed. I later found out that the member of staff that Colin had promised me would be there had been out at viewings all afternoon. Colin never apologised for wasting my time. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with him. Avoid at all costs.

GoogleTo date my experience when dealing with Reeds Rains as a landlord has been extremely positive. Specifically, Tammy Harper from the lettings team has always provided a friendly, responsive and very professional service which has been invaluable given that I do not live locally. Not only does she have a wealth of knowledge and experience of the rental market in Liverpool, but being so personable has made her an absolute pleasure to work with over the years. A true asset to the company who I'd certainly recommend!
