GoogleI recently purchased a property through Reeds Rains offices in Liverpool.The experience was made practically stress free despite the commercial restrictions due to Covid 19. they reacted to my requests very promptly, always acting in the interests of a rapid and satisfactory conclusion to the transaction. In the absence of any member of staff on contact I was handled instantly by other members of the staff at North John Street who seemed to have all the necessary knowledge of the transaction. I would particularly thank Alex, Emma, and Jack.

GoogleWorst customer service I have ever experienced. We tried to let a property with Reeds Rains and I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service in all my life. We would go days without hearing from them, our calls and emails were ignored and then when we finally got through to them we were told that they would call us back in 15 mins - of which they never did. We were constantly told to just "wait a couple more days" and left with no communication about what was happening with our move-in. When we explained that we could not afford to keep wasting money paying for hotels, Leighton's response was that our personal situation was "not his problem". The only person that gave us any kind of sympathy and compassion was Annie. To top it all off, the day before we were supposed to move in to our apartment, we were told that the elevator in our apartment was out of service (it was on the 15th floor!!!) and wasn't scheduled to be fixed for another few weeks. Thankfully we dodged a bullet with this one but the stress and hassle this company caused us was truly not worth it. Save your time and money and look for a letting agents elsewhere.

GoogleAbsolutely awful customer service. I used Reeds Rains to manage my property. They took my money and didn’t check the tenants were looking after my house, they didn’t complete an inspection in nearly 2 years despite my asking and then were useless in getting quotes for the work required, both of which were part of the contract. They have a very fast turnover of staff so no continuity.

GoogleAbsolute joke of an agency. No support from them whatsoever as a landlord. Previous owner completely destroyed my property and they did not do anything to help me get my deposit back. They were defending the tenant, in the end I got nothing back and paid out of my own pockets for renovation. They take 2 weeks to answer an email, whenever I call them they disconnect. They don’t do anything to support you as a landlord, instead create issues like they keep making stuff up that something broke and deduct money from my rent without permission.

GoogleWe have relocated to Liverpool from London and after speaking to several estate agents we decided reed rains gave the best customer service and found a property with them. Thank you to Callum, Kate, Maggie and a few other people, I can’t remember their names who I spoke to and assisted us with our move. Professional, friendly and was updated at all times throughout the whole process which was easy. Staff respond to any questions/queries as soon as possible and I recommend anyone buying, selling, renting etc to choose reed rains. Thank you so much!

GoogleSimply the Best Justin and all his staff at the city centre office have been professional , courteous and extremely knowledgeable. it has been comforting to know that the sale of my property ( which is quite a stressful time )was made much more bearable knowing that Justin and his team had my best interests at heart. GoogleExcellent service and friendly stuff. The company has a variety of specialists and people who can assist you for a first buy. Emma Bowman is my mortgage advisor and up to today she still manages all the bits and bobs that come up with the whole process (including future remortgaging and advice on rates). She is the person to go to! Highly recommended as she is also independent if you would like to just use the advisor and not the company.

GoogleThis is the first time I have dealt with Reeds Rain . I am a M.D of a Housing Association that provides accommodation for the homeless . All I could say is that the service I received when recently purchasing a property from them was absolutely fabulous and all involved were very professional , polite and very informative . I must point out that the Manager , Justin was amazing in his approach and the way he dealt with things . It’s so reassuring that companies still exist that provide such a quality service . GoogleHaving been a customer of Reedsrains(City living Liverpool), for a number of years, we were in the process of looking for a change. Previous management had made lots of empty promises, and lots of un returned phone calls. When Justin Barton took over as the new manager, and introduced himself, we just said, another manager full of promises. We have to admit , we were wrong. Justin was a breath of fresh air. The few issues we had, not only were dealt with, but we has great communication by phone and email. It's a pity he hadn't been there sooner. He has always been very professional and we felt that he always had our best interest at heart, as it should be. Tammy and Simon were assigned to our account, and were also very helpful. The new change of manager was very welcome, and has definitely has a positive effect, in our opinion.

GoogleI am puzzled to see either very good or extremely bad reviews about Reed Rains Liverpool. My girlfriend and I were looking for an apartment in Liverpool. Even if we finally didn't go through with one of their apartments they have been very friendly and professional. Everything was not perfect but it never is (they can only offer you something among the choice they have!!), and if not for a formal problem (we are not from UK so somethings are more complicated) we would have chosen one of their flats. Simon Byrne who was in charge of us was by far the most pro-active letting agent we have been dealing with in the pas two weeks in Liverpool. I comparison with how we have been received (Venmores was a joke!! Almost no care for us when we went by the agency. We have been attended by an unpleasant bored desk girl, then after a viewing we learnt that we had to pay non refundable fees to apply for a property that we had no guarantee to have since there was other potential applicants. That's what I call con artists!), I fairly suggest you give it shot.

Applied for a parking space in my building on the first of august as the area around my building has very limited parking and with my limited mobility from my Cystic Fibrosis i was struggling to get to my Motability vehicle without excessive stress, Called and addresses that I was interested in the space I saw available online, I checked every couple of days to get an update, after a lack of communication from all staff including the Management Team and multiple emails and calls and being told to call back after 2:30 only to be ignored after every request I made. Leighton McMylor in particular seemed to take extra steps to ignore any and all attempts to find out more information on the application I wished to put a deposit on, I was told today that the spaces available had been signed by other tenants and was no longer available. Thank you Reeds rains for being no different than any other estate agents.
