Our property took an age to sell due to a series of time wasters but everyone we dealt with at Move was highly professional and very proactive throughout. They undertook countless viewings for what was a low value property, handled numerous offers and achieved best price. For anyone looking to sell a property in Merseyside I doubt you could do better than Move Residential.

TrustpilotAvoid, terrible customer service
This company is either thriving and can turn down business or is run very badly. I rang about one property and was told someone would call me back to arrange a viewing, the call never came so I chased it up to be told the property wasn't taking anymore viewings, would have been good customer service for a call back to be advised of this and not left to the potential customer to chase up. Called a couple of days later re another property to arrange a viewing and again was told I would get a call with the viewing time and I have never had that call back and the property is still showing online. Other property I enquired about I was told someone had moved into it so why was it still showing as available on the website. I have also had friends who have not had very good experiences with this company so I would avoid if you can. Only gave one star as no choice to give zero stars.

Buying with no chain.Greeted by agent, who couldn't answer any questions we had about the property; who stood out the front door smoking while we looked around and couldn't even bring herself to say goodbye when we left. Not a nice experience at all. Have viewed 4 houses so far and this is the only agent who didn't introduce themselves, ask for feedback or discuss keeping in touch regarding buying. My husband is from Japan. He couldn't make himself believe that her attitude was anything other than obvious bias. Shan't bother with this agency again.

As a buyer I received excellent service from Jen in the Heswall branch. She replied to all of my emails very promptly and constantly kept me updated. She chased solicitors, and liaised with my estate agents who were selling my house to keep everything in the chain moving.

I was asked to make a final offer on the Monday by 12. Call back 24 hrs later to say I had lost out to a far higher bid. Since discovered through land register that it went for £7000 less than I originally offered.
Dear Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. I called you at 10:34am this morning and again at 3:24pm this afternoon to discuss and explain the situation to you, but only managed to reach your voicemail where I left you messages to return my call and to offer you a full explanation as to why your comments were not entirely accurate. You are correct in saying that due to the high level of interest that we received on this particular property on Irene Road, you and another buyer were involved in a best and final offer scenario. When both best and final offers came in before the deadline, your offer was not as high as the competing offer, hence the reason the vendor decided to go with the other buyer on that particular occasion. Following the buyers mortgage valuation and survey report, the property was down valued to £250,000. The vendor was willing to negotiate with the buyer following the survey report and they eventually agreed a price of £255,000. Upon our clients instructions, he initially decided to accept another buyers offer and subsequently renegotiate with them following survey. This is the reason why you have seen the property on the Land Registry at £255,000, £10,000 less than what was initially accepted by the vendor following the best and final offers. I can wholeheartedly say that we have acted with all parties interests at heart and with integrity in this situation. Our responsibility as agents is to offer our client the best possible advice, which we have done in this situation, and to treat buyers fairly and to provide them with equal opportunity to secure a property if there are competing offers, which again, we have done in this situation. I understand that the buying and selling process can be frustrating, especially when you have made an offer over the asking price, and your offer has not been accepted. Unfortunately for buyers, given the nature of the market in Liverpool at the moment, we are finding that more and more properties have multiple buyers who are all offering over the asking price to try and secure properties. Your guy who came to look at our house and take photographs was very good, however from there on in your service is appalling. I can't get through to your office to discuss matters, nor can I see my property on your website.

Best selling agency in Merseyside by a mile. They offer premium service from start to finish, Adam, Alec, Jenni and Scott have been excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them, they understand the market, listen to their clients and deliver with care. I would work them again! This my seven house move and I wish used them before.
