I initially found it hard to get booked in to see properties and had to make multiple phone calls to chase it up. However, after I had an offer accepted on my new house, the post-sales team was fantastic. They were always willing to help and got involved trying to sort out move dates when everything got delayed.

Move Residential lettings Allerton Road Liverpool, used them for a number of years they just went from bad to worse , not answering emails , missing holes in the ceiling and mould on 6 month inspection , there workmen overcharging, trying to charge for redoing a job they messed up , the list is endless
Hi Jacky, it is disappointed to hear your review, particularly as you chose to use our services again and again for three different tenancies for over six years. I know the team have tried to contact you you discuss this personally. It is also surprising given that you asked for us to re-advertise the property again to find you a new tenant which we did, however we did not feel comfortable continuing to advertise the property in its poor state of repair after receiving offers from potential applicants asking for improvements and being advised by you that you would not look to action necessary repairs which you had previously advised you would look to complete. You have mentioned a contractor wanting to charge you to re-do a job however it is important to note that you did not pay the original invoice the contractor submitted for works that you requested and were completed and after chasing payment on this you refused to pay, later asking him to reattend even though you still owed him money. It is understandable that he would not complete further works for you when you had already advised our team you had no intention of paying him for the works you had signed off and he had completed in good faith.We can understand that you may have been unhappy that we did not feel that your property met the standards required for letting but unfortunately we would not want to move a tenant in to a home where we did not feel that the landlord or their representative in your case would meet their obligations and we could not trust to pay third party contractors for works they had completed at your request as.We wish you all the best in the future.

Would absolutely recommend the Heswall team. We originally marketed the property with a leading estate agent in the area, and after not one single viewing in two weeks we changed to Move Residential. Adam visited our property straight away, took some fantastic pictures that really showcased our home and proactively made some suggestions how to improve the marketing, they had it up advertised online within 48 hours of the appointment, result was 6 viewings in one week and multiple offers. Professional and friendly team, nothing is too much trouble. Gethin, Adam, Liam and Jenni, great work & many thanks.

Terrible terrible service for letting, They will not pay my deposit back. They are making all sorts of claims. I did not even think that was possible given the property was left if perfect condition. What is wrong with these people. DO you Job, you are being paid for it!

Your deposit is held in a government scheme as per your contract, to offer protection in the event of breaches of tenancy. Currently looking for a new property having sold ours. Registered with all estate agents across Wirral and Cheshire. Everything we’re interested in is going to Rightmove with ‘under offer’ already! Move Residential are the only agents that are letting us know of properties before the go on Rightmove. They have been incredibly helpful and proactive in assisting us with our search. Very helpful and very professional. Would like to mention Alec and Gethin, they’ve been a great help.

As first time buyers, there was never any part of the process that felt overly complicated or where we felt left out of the process - from the first instant, everyone spoke in clear terms and with total transparency. Special mention should go to Leanne who helped nudge our mortgage lender when we needed them to expedite their valuation and to Alec who kept us fully updated on everything happening with the seller and the onward chain.
