Within a short time, several roof tiles developed cracks and some broke. During the two-year warranty period, the company did replace some tiles, but the same problem has continued.

Its a great way of keeping an eye on progress of the house building and selecting extras and booking appointments etc. The down side is that it doesn't work abroad for some reason!!! I struggled a lot to complete the reservation process while on holiday.
