GoogleI have been with Homesure for nearly 10 years and they manage two properties for my in Liverpool. They sourced both of these. I have always appreciated their long term advice and proactive management of these properties. I have a portfolio across the UK, so have a lot of reference points to draw comparisons and would highly recommend them.

Homesure has been fantastic through the whole process. When the solicitors became stagnant for months on end, they kicked some butt and got the ball rolling! Thank you, Vicki, for going above and beyond throughout the whole process.

TrustpilotA bad experience buying a house
We made an offer to buy 11 High Street Hale Village L24 4AF for £428k. We offered on condition that the property was taken off the market.Initially the property was listed as “sold subject to contract”. We were somewhat surprised when having agreed a price, instructing our solicitor and commissioning a structural survey, the house was as relisted for sale! The estate agent, Homesure said that the vendor wanted to relist the property but was “committed to this sale”. Once we had completed the survey, it would be taken off the market. We paid £500 for the survey and again, the property was listed as “sold subject to contract”.Three weeks later, having also spent money on our solicitor and the survey, the property was again listed for sale again. We only discovered this by chance by looking for the rightmove listing.Again Homesure assured us that we had “no need to worry”!This isn’t any way to do business. The vendor showed bad faith in my view. Checking back, the same property was listed for sale - but not sold - six years ago. We should have been more aware of past history of the house, the vendor and estate agent. We sold our house with a coloured only me estate agent. They do not allow this sort of behaviour, if it’s under offer then that’s it. Once we accepted an offer to purchase our house, the property was taken off the Market. So I now know that Homesure allow property to be re-listed even when Sale is progressing, twice. Would I buy a house from Homesure? Not after Iv lost hundreds of pounds, and hence why I’m sharing my experience. If anyone wants to make an offer to buy the survey off me, get in touch.

GoogleLandlords beware Homesure never fails to disappoint !!
As a landlord poor service home sure Woolton requesting payments for work they couldn’t undertake
Had a severe leak with water leaking from ceiling from bathroom and causing damage to property due to their lack of urgency I had to get an emergency plumber to deal with it, their plumber swaggered up 5 days later and wanted a call out payment of 60.00 the whole ceiling would have collapsed by then . Would they have paid for that damage due to their lack of response !!!

GoogleWell what can i say After a awful experience with the prescot office not doing what they should to guide the sale on my mums bungalow, all was saved when a little diamond from the woolton office called lois took control of the sale and got us where we needed to be she is amazing true to her word went over above and beyond her job role. She was our go between for everyone, she went through every bit of stress with us if not more this was the chain from hell. Lois you deserve a payrise for how you handled the whole situation and homesure should be proud to have you you should be running the prescot office as you would turn it around from the absolute shambles it is.
Again lois thankyou from the bottom of our hearts for getting us to where we are now ❤️

GoogleLois and Tia from Homesure were great. They were acting as estate agents on behalf of my seller. They were both really quick in getting back to me when I had questions and kept me informed all the way through the process. One of the things I liked was that if I asked a question they weren't sure about, they told me they would go and find out and get back to me; rather than just take a guess.
They are very friendly and provided certainty and reassurance all the way through. They also both explained things really well, as this was the first time I had moved, so I wasn't too sure of the process.

TrustpilotMoved into a dirty house with a broken oven, back door. House was then sold to another landlord - and they didn't say anything!
Oh where to start with Homesure...Firstly, despite viewing a house and specifying that the conditions of me accepting a rental contract would be the actual cleaning of the house, I turned up at the property on moving day to finda house without a working oven, the home itself was still dirty. Further to this, the back door was broken off the hinges, meaning anyone could have walked in and there were old whisky bottles strewn across the yard from one of the rudest contracts I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. To their credit, they did refund me a week's rent while I waited for them to get a cleaner in - which I did have to ask and negotiate for. Secondly, the maintenance team themselves leave a lot to be desired. When I told them I had a non-responsive radiator, they sent me a youtube video on fixing it when I asked for help. The door fell off, they asked if a family member could fix it. The final nail in the coffin has, undoubtedly been, my home being sold with me in it in less than a month and they told me nothing before or after the sale. Meaning that I could have been told at any point, that I had two clear months to vacate without a single word from Homesure. This trend continued when the house was sold: despite one very unhelpful person informing me, posthumously, that they 'had given you all the notice we can' with regards to the sale (which they, by their own admission, two emails earlier had clearly not. It was I who contacted them regarding the sale). Finally, I learned this week only, almost a month on, that the sale has been finalised with a private landlord. This means that this company have had a month and a half's rent from me, in advance, through a standing order and said absolutely nothing until the landlord himself turned up to show me the deeds. Honestly, even if the house being up for sale could have been forgiven them still accepting money from my account because they couldn't be bothered to tell me the sale had been finalised is just another unnecessary and easily avoidable headache on their part. And it is a genuine shame because there are a few people in the Homesure team who absolutely deserve better than this review for how kind they were to me individually. I genuinely applaud the guy who did my home inspection, the contractor Homesure eventually send to fix the door and the woman who arranged the deposit and refund for me initially. They are all exemplary staff members who should be praised. The orgnisation itself however has been a constant source of stress for me this past six months. I would have recommended them based on my interaction with them before the tenancy began. Posthumously I will simply say this is one of the most shambolic rental experiences I've had and I would not recommend them, unfortunately.

Hi Katey, as we have discussed in depth via email, you are punishing us as agents for actions that the landlord has taken without our knowledge. We didn't know that the property was being put up For Sale until the same time as you.We were not the selling agents (it went via auction). We were not involved in the sale, and therefore did not know when the sale completed. We were not provided with the new owners details so we couldn't give them to you.We had no control over the new owner visiting your property to make contact, as we don't know who they are.All rent received has been passed onto your previous landlord, and the new landlord will be fully aware from the legal process. So, to confirm - the review that you have written relates to actions taken by your landlord, not Homesure. We have maintained full communication at all times, with the information that we had available. As per our emails, we would be grateful if you could amend your review to reflect your experience with Homesure, and not the landlord themselves. If you wish to raise a formal complaint, you can do so by emailing lettings@homesureproperty.co.uk.Yours sincerely, Nicholas Stott

GoogleSold my house with Homesure, it took 9 months to sell my house but not at the fault of Homesure in anyway. I was let down by two buyers, but it was third time lucky for me. They were consistently keeping me updated, driving forward potential buyers. Overall a very friendly bunch and not had a single negative thing to say about them. When the second sale fell through, they put in extra steps to avoid it happening again.
Very professional and lovely staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is also very competitive and similar to other estate agents.

TrustpilotA great agent I would definitely recommend
I rented a property with Homesure for a little under 2 years. From the initial viewing to the final move out my experience with the agency has been very positive. They have always been very quick to respond to and resolve any issues or queries. The staff is professional but friendly and approachable. They were great liaising with the landlord for any repairs and contract renewals. The end of my tenancy and move out also went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend the agency :)

GoogleVery impressed by the help and support from staff at Homesure. Both people who I have delay were professional and knowledgeable. I like that the person I met at a viewing would take you through from the viewing through purchase and handing over the keys. Hoping to find the right house through this company as so many other companies just don't come up to scratch in comparison.
