Viki couldn’t have been more helpful with the sale of my apartment. Helped from start to finish and was always easy to get in touch with and rapid with her response to any questions. Also helped with the chasing of solicitors which was the main problem in my sale.

Googlemoved out of a property let by Home Sure recently and due to covid i was unable to reroute a parcel addressed to me to my current address. i contacted them to organise a time to collect my mail . upon arriving to the property i found my parcel had been opened and the contents stolen. they refuse to take responsibility for this and as such i have had to contact the police. i would not recommend them as their contractors will steal from you. Edit: when phoning them they assured me the contractors in the property are their contractors who they have used for years , now they are trying to pass off the blame to someone else by replying that the contractors are nothing to do with them. just to be sure this review is specifically about their contractors who where the only people present at the property when my goods where stolen.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Hi Anthony, We're very sorry to hear about this. We're happy to look into this further if you provide details of when the delivery was made. We can then speak to the landlord and find out who entered the property after the delivery was made. We haven't entered the property since you left, as we are not marketing it until the works are carried out. The contractors have been arranged by the landlord, so we can only pass this message onto them to investigate further. GoogleRented with these for 3 years and they constantly lied to me about money. Told me they hadn’t received rent for months at a time and after saying refund would be issued to DWP they still haven’t done so. I wouldn’t trust them at all. I don’t know what is happening there but they seem to struggle parting ways with money.

However, to be clear; the issue with your former rent account is because the money has been provided by a 3rd party and we cannot - by law - pass it on to you without their approval, as it may need to be returned to them. All monies are held in an insurance-backed, regulatory body-audited client bank account and we balance hundreds of thousands of pounds, to the penny, every working day. We take Client Money Protection super seriously and have never, since 2007 when started, had any issues whatsoever with our client accounting. The money on your former account is held in our suspense account and will be sent to whomever we are told to, by the account holder of that money. By far the best letting agency I’ve ever used. Clear, polite & fast communication. Plus, the team actually want to help you. I had a question which lead to several more questions and they were still so polite & helpful. Which unfortunately is rare for a letting agency. They have a great system which you can log in to, see where your tenancy is up to, read information & add maintenance issues.
