Best experience I have had in the property industry … ever!

I have been in property for a long time and I have to say Amy Boyle is probably the most thorough and responsive person I have come across in the industry. She kept me informed at every stage in selling my property. She is very proactive rather than reactive which has often been my experience in the past with some companies. That is the second excellent experience I have had using Homesure and I would have no experience in recommending Amy and Homesure to anybody. Thank you again.

Homesure: A Superb Team

The Homesure team have managed three properties for my late wife and me for many years. Following the death of my wife, the last two properties have had to be sold which brings my relationship with Homesure to an end. I have nothing but praise for the Homesure team: advice has been consistently good, service has been prompt, inspections and maintenance have been thorough. The CEO, Nick Stott, has been great to work with, as has Mark Loughnane who advised on the sales. The culture of the firm is a tribute to them. It can be invidious to single out other team members but I will: Mary Abbott is superb; and Amy's quiet persistence in pushing through the sales has been impressive.

Homesure sold a house and I liked it

Homesure had managed a property of mine for a number of years - without any issue. I was extremely pleased.I then made the decision to sell the property and approached Homesure to take this forward - which they did. The initial buyer identified and found by Homesure was progressing through conveyancing well but unfortunately pulled out late into the process. An understood part of any property transaction.Where Homesure really excelled was in finding a new buyer and ensuring that conveyancing progressed as quickly as possible.Amy Boyle was my main point of contact and communicated clearly throughout the process.Would happily sell via Homesure again.

Exceptional service

I would recommend Homesure to anyone. I found them to be transparent, honest, and professional. They marketed our home beautifully and got us an excellent offer. They were proactive throughout the whole process, and helped us every step of the way, communicating between us and our buyer, and cajoling the solicitors when needed. In particular I can’t sing the praises of Lois highly enough. The whole team were fantastic but I really felt Lois went above and beyond to help us out, even offering to bring us some shopping when we had COVID. She really made a stressful process feel easy. Tia valued the property and we were impressed by her knowledge of the market and professionalism. I used Homesure for the sale of my property. Within a very short space of time, days! of the house being listed for sale, I had plenty of viewings and people interested. I received a valuation over and above what I was expecting and what I was happy to accept. I dealt with Mal Gray througout who was usually available to answer questions at all times and if busy always returned my calls. There were lots of problems at the very end of the chain from the property I was buying, but none our end. I was never pressured in any way to reduce asking price, find a property or complete etc, etc and Mal was always Professional, Patient, Competent and Reliable. We all had our patience tested at times being messed about by Vendors Letting agents, The Vendor himself, and The Vendors Tenant. I'm pleased to say after a long struggle with buying my new property we were able to complete all sales in the chain and all parties had a happy ending in their new homes. It's not an experience I want to repeat soon, as the problems and associated stress was due to third parties we had no control over. Homesure are the best in the industry. I have recently given full management of my property over to John Greenway at Homesure and have been amazed at the customer service. Every member of staff I have spoken with has been polite and helpful. John has made sure my property is meeting all rules and regulations as well as finding me a tenant within the first week. The company also work with many contractors who carry out jobs promptly at a good price. They also allow you to take out insurance to protect your rent and property at a very reasonable price which I haven't seen with other agents. Thanks again to John and the team
