We viewed our flat after quite a few viewings that were unsuccessful and we were getting a bit disheartened with the experience. As soon as we saw the building and the flat itself we knew we loved it and decided to submit interest straight away. Cerys who showed us the flat and who has been our contact with Homesure has been excellent throughout ensuring a smooth and happy experience. She answered any and all of our questions and was very helpful with our move in date. Overall a lovely and professional experience finding our new home.

GoogleI'm a first-time buyer and it's been nerve-racking trying to navigate the property market. There's a lot to get your head around, and to add to that, I've had my share of bad experiences with local estate agents. From agents trying to coerce me into blatant bidding wars, to poor attempts at selling me their "Hot buyers" schemes. I quickly started to lose faith in estate agents altogether. However, I can honestly say that Homesure Woolton are fantastic! I went to view a property under Homesure, and I was shown around by Mal, who was really helpful. He greeted us with a warm welcome, and not only provided us with a vast amount of information about the property, he also asked us questions too. He even went out of his way to ring the office when he didn't have the answer to one of our questions. After viewing the property, I visited the Homesure Woolton office and spoke to Lois, who was extremely helpful. From start to finish, Lois went through the whole process of purchasing a property, going into great detail for each step, and outlining what documentation I will need to provide at each stage. Lois was kind, friendly, and down to earth the entire time, all whilst maintaining a high standard of professionalism. As a first-time buyer, it was really beneficial to meet and speak to the Homesure Woolton team, and I believe that every first-time buyer should receive the same help and support that Homesure provided me. I'm now confident in what I'm doing, and now feel like I have the knowledge required to take that first step onto the property ladder. I want to thank the Homesure Woolton team for doing a great job, you should all be proud of yourselves.

GoogleLeaking raidiators, plaster falling from wall, plank of wood used for a kick board, painting over horrendous tiles instead of replacing, gaps above kitchen outlets, paint crumbling from internal walls, threshold not fitted, rusted radiators, damp. These are a few of the many issues waiting to be resolved after a year of calls, emails and chasing up the team. Understandably most if this is due to having a landlord that doesn't care, however, the lack of communication from this company is awful, if I want an update I need to chase, homesure are not forthcoming, when asked to speak to a manager directly or to the landlord I am ingnored. Wouldn't recommend to anyone letting or considering using them for sales.

From start to finish Homesure (Sue in particular!) couldn't have done more to help with the sale of our home. We have been dealing with Sue for years as our mortgage advisor (also 5/5 😉), and after the agent we were initially dealing with left the business she also ended up being our primary contact for the sale of our home.We ended up at the bottom of a particularly awkward chain. It's no exaggeration to say that without the support offered by Sue and the team there's a decent chance we would either still be waiting to exchange contracts or the sale might have ended up falling through.We will absolutely be recommending Homesure to friends and family and will continue to recommend Sue's mortgage advice to anyone that will listen 😅

Living and working in London I was recommended Homesure by a friend to manage the properties and i can honestly say I have never dealt with a more efficient, well run, easy to work with and reliable management company.
