Hi Ant, I've tried searching our systems for your name, but cannot find it. Are you sure you've got the correct company? If you send in the information, we can look into the matter and provide a full response to you. Please provide some information about this to lettings@homesureproperty.co.uk, namely the property address and the anti-social behaviour. Please note that we have to follow the law when it comes to taking action against tenants. It's not simply a case of receiving a complaint and then taking action, because that is open to abuse. That's why we have an Anti-Social Behaviour Guide for any suffering from an awful situation as this, so that we can work together to repair the damage caused by the tenants. We look forward to hearing from you.

Honestly from start to finish my experience with homesure lettings was great. Everyone i spoke to on phone was clear and always very polite. Abbie in particular made my experience amazing. From viewing the property to sorting all the other bits out went smooth. She is fantastic and a great asset to homesure. Overall a really positive experience with homesure.

( STAY AWAY ) The director Nick of this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. We found them to be incompetent, ill informed and misinformed and giving us advice. We heard him shouting at his staff and would not and will not recommend this company. There should be a license for a state agents these would surely fail on all counts.
