Brilliant company to work for!

Brilliant company to work for!I carry out gas safety certificates for Homesure and other gas works and they are just a great team to work with. always responsive to my calls and emails. I work closely with Ellis in particular and she is fantastic, she always helps me book in with the tenants and even helps me chase them up too.All in all great company!

Complete non professional and awful team to work with.

I would have given negative rating, if there was an option.Awful awful experience with HomeSure Property as a landlord. As a managed service for my property they have not even taken the responsibility to get the keys back from previous tenants. The excuse was that keys collection and inventory is an add one service. Really , I mean really !!!If you can't manage return of keys then you should not be in property management business.People, watch out for these guys their maintenance department is complete shambles.I regret that I chose them to manage my small portfolio of property.

DO NOT USE HOMESURE.

When we moved into the flat it was a complete mess, cigarette butts in the carpet, cat poo, damp, no electric, no light bulbs or fire alarms, absolutely filthy, beds broken, a broken fridge and most definitely not in a livable condition. After numerous requests for damp to be fixed, cleaning the flat ourselves, no boiler or hot water for the full 6 months, no privacy within the flat and many more things wrong, no resolution was given, therefore, we decided to leave (of course). They have now with held some of our deposit return for cleaning and removal of some items (that were already in the property when we moved in) and the cleaning of the flat despite it being in a much much better condition and re-painted at our own expense. Completely useless agency and are willing to take on landlords who are not willing to follow the contract. This was just to name a few complications we had over the 6 months we rented from them. DO NOT USE HOMESURE.

Was disappointed with the viewing. I arranged two viewings on the same day but on that same day the agent rang me saying one of them is cancelled. However instead of saying he is awfully sorry it is totally their fault he took no ownership and blamed the tenants. He felt no need to apologise for it and was very casual about it like it's not unusual for them. When I actually told him I am not happy about it his response was "things dont always go as they plan". It is a major red flag.

Would avoid this company like the plague! Our experience with them has been a nightmare from start to finish and as left over a thousand pound out of pocket. First off I had to wait over a month! To view the property I was interested in, We viewed the property whilst the current tenants were in the process of moving so couldn’t get a proper grasp on the property, however due to the location etc. We decided to pay the holding fee to take the property off the market and request a second viewing for when the tenants moved out. After waiting several weeks to view the property again because the company couldn’t accommodate, the estate agent turned up half an hour late and brought the wrong keys, so this got pushed back again and it’s now 3 days before we were due to move in before we’ve got the second viewing. 3 days before and once again the estate agent turned up half an hour late. We were able to view the flat eventually and was gobsmacked by what a sh*thole the apartment was considering we were promised a thorough check was carried out on the place! Cupboard doors hanging off, spotlights hanging out the ceiling, oven thick with grease and walls which were supposed to be white were yellow due cigarette smoke (all of which we took photos of)... And all the estate agent could say was I think it’s to a very high standard and that we didn’t request the work to be carried out on our pre tenancy agreement form. After several emails back and fourth with the management whose attitude match that of their staff, we were told that our emails were being reviewed with their company director who would reply to us beginning of the week... it’s now the end of the week and we still haven’t heard from him/her... Absolute shambles of a company and would not trust them with letting your new home!
