Since I have moved into my home, any issues I have had maintenance wise have been dealt with quickly and to a high standard. The contractors have all been great and the team at Homesure are always friendly and quick to reply. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental property

Contacted, completed paperwork as soon as email arrived, contacted as no one did although email stated someone would contact, only to be told we will contact you ref viewing, and a week later still waiting. I now realise why these guys have such bad reviews,total waste of time and effort.

Homesure are easily the worst state agents I have ever dealt with. While trying to get a viewing of a property, they were unhelpful, unprofessional and would not even reply to emails after the several phone calls I had with them. I would avoid using them under any circumstances.
