Hi all, My GF and I have just bought our first house yesterday and we felt compelled to review the service we received from Entwistle Green Dale St Liverpool, and in particular our agent Ayden. Genuinely wouldn’t have been in our place this side of Xmas without him - communicating with us, our solicitors, and the sellers solicitors so effectively and timely. Like most sales we also hit plenty of roadblocks. One in particular springs to mind with our leaseholder which at the time had lasted well over a month with no progress. We turned to Ayden for help and the *next day* the road was clear again. We picked the keys up yesterday at 4.45pm after another day of drama with the support of Ayden communicating to both sides - mission accomplished, I’m sure he’ll read this so thank you mate and have a well deserved Xmas break and NYE. The sales team at dale street are wonderful! Jamie and Gemma especially go above and beyond to help. The entire process of selling your property is stressful, but having them on my side made me feel reassured! They found a buyer within a few weeks; previous agents found none in months. They are honest and forthcoming with the whole process, and are happy to answer all questions asked. I can’t refommend them enough, seem to be the best in Liverpool that I’ve encountered!! From start to finish Entwistle Green were nothing but professional, caring and courteous. We liaised with Gemma on both buying and selling a property and she was an absolute breath of fresh air, a real asset to the company. Kept us informed on a regular basis on everything we needed, calmed us down and got us a wonderful sale, way more than we thought we could get. Regularly deal with Entwistle Green on Allerton Road, was passed to their city centre (Dale St) branch to sell an apartment in the city centre. They were top class and everything that an estate agent should be. Gemma called me promptly to arrange a valuation at the property & she managed to obtain a cash offer within the first week of the property being on the market. I was then passed over to Jamie who dealt with everything between solicitors & did his all to get completed as quickly as we could. He regularly kept me updated and was well & truly on the ball 👍 If Only all estate agents could be like this. 5* to the Entwistle Green team - thanks so much 😃

After buying a property through Entwistle Green I didn't hesitate in using them for the sale of two other properties soon afterwards. The manager, Gemma, even went out of her way on her final day before holiday to get valuation, photos and listing done within 24 hours of me contacting her. Her team then managed to sell the flat for more than expected the following week. I'd highly recommend them when either buying or selling a property.

We had a great experience with the sales team when in the process of selling our apartment. After meeting with a few different agents in the city, we felt confident that Entwistle Green was the right choice for us and a year later we're still very happy with that decision. Having never sold a property before, we did not realise how long a time it could potentially take and we were operating with quite a short time frame. Thankfully, the ladies in the sales team worked quickly and efficiently and managed to help us sell our property very fast. We couldn't be happier! Worst experience I've ever had renting. Expensive and it took months for repairs in the flat. Nobody acknowledge our issues and when they finally sent someone out they didn't have the parts to fix the issues. 2 months after leaving the flat I'm still waiting on any news about my deposit or the refund I was supposed to get because we moved out early and they moved someone else in. I'd try steer clear of this lettings agency if I were you.

If you looking for a new place dont use their service. Agent come for a viewing half-hour later and explained himself with a football match. It's not an excuse. If you respect your customers and their time you will predict emergencies and you will be earlier or at least inform customers that you will be late. I just wasted my time.
