The team at Entwistle Green found me a new tenant for my property and demonstrated great professionalism and minimum fuss throughout. Leanne in particular did a great job managing every aspect which included liaising with my existing tenants, arranging and carrying out viewings, overseeing some maintenance, and all of the paperwork. I was kept informed every step of the way, and the burden of it all was completely taken away. The team here are willing to go above and beyond - would highly recommend!

I appreciate that my case wasn’t the most straightforward and my constant emails and questions was probably at sometimes very annoying lol however it seem like nothing was ever too much of problem for these guys and no matter how big or small they both went great lengths to assist me with my first time buying a home. NOTHING BUT FLAWLESS AND EXCEPTIONAL IS HOW I WOULD DESCRIBE THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM, EXPERTISE AND CARE THAT THE WHOLE TEAM AT ENTWHISTLE GREEN - CITY CENTER PROVIDED. DANIEL AND AYDEN EVEN ASSISTED ME WITH SOME ADDITIONAL SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDED WHICH I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU SIGN UP FOR ! THEY RECOMMENDED ME TO THEIR IN-HOUSE SOLICTORS, MORTGAGE BROKERS AND SURVEYING TEAM. Unprofessional estate agents . I recently viewed a property which required modernisation in Liverpool L6 . Placed an offer with the estate agents . Did not hear from them for a couple of days .I followed up with them on the offer and I was told the offer needs to be higher as they have got another buyer .I placed another offer which was more than what was offered and I was told that somebody would get back to me .Did not hear from anyone and I recently saw on Zoopla the property has been sold .I could have given a better offer still but since nobody got in touch with me I was unable to do so as I wasn't even informed .I wanted to buy a couple of houses in liverpool and wanted an estate agent to manage it as it would have been Buy to Let .Its their loss ,and now I don't even bother to look at properties that are being sold by them .

I just called to request information about a property, the agent was giving me an appointment to see the house, when I told her that I work as a cleaner, she did not want to continue with the appointment, I hope it is nothing more than this woman that discriminates in this way, within this agency. It must be that she is more than me for working as a cleaner, I earned more money than people with other professions. I'm so disappointed in people who believe themselves more because of the kind of work they do, that they disgust me.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrific experience with this office - our flat flooded due to heavy rainfall and on calling the office to explain, I was told it was not an emergency and to report it through the fixflo website. (This happened on a Friday afternoon so could not contact them again until the following Monday). We decided to urgently move out and stay with family because the flooding was so bad and was dripping down the insides of the walls and we did not feel safe. The next working day we went into the office and explained once again and were told we would be released from our contract and given a refund on the rent we had just paid. It took a couple of months to be released from our contract and has now been 4 months and counting to receive our money. I have rang up multiple times asking about it and every single time am given a new excuse and told 'Nicky will call me back' and she never does. We spent over three months with no home due to this. I made a formal complaint last month which the office are aware of and this clearly hasn't been taken seriously as we are still waiting for our £1300 to be given back to us. I have taken my formal complaint further. It is a shame as this could have all been avoided if they had just given us our money back when prompted. I will never use or recommend Entwistle Green again after this experience.
