GoogleHave to praise the work of John Skipsey for handling repairs. I've had various levels of issues with my apartment, but he's managed to get people out to sort them swiftly, kept me up to date with any roadblocks or updates, and has been wonderfully helpful.

GoogleMade us drive 2 hours from birmingham to Liverpool to show us a house that someone else had out a deposit down on. Just cause they couldn't be asked telling us that there's no point. The agent showing us the house was literally wrapping up and told us to look around and kept pushing other houses and other options for us to consider. Once we called them up with interest 5 minutes after the viewing, they then told us that the lady at the desk then informed us that the property was unavailable since that morning.

GoogleWe chose entwistle green aa we we're impressed with the package they offered. We were also impressed with their knowledge of the market and how they presented properties. They were true to their word and had the property on the market within days with professional photos. They had sold within a week and we completed sale within 3 months. GoogleWe recently used Entwistle Green as a Sales and Lettings Agency in Liverpool for a family member. To say the least, this has been a positive experience form start to finish. The excellent customer care we received, prompt response, and 'no problem too small' attitude, in my professional opinion makes this branch outstanding. Moving, at any age, especially when it is your first-time can be a daunting experience. Our negotiator, Leah Winstanley provided outstanding -advice, guidance and support throughout the whole process. As a professional in residential, and supported settings within the health and social care sector for the Northwest, recognise best practice, and duty of care, from the first conversation by telephone, and first sentence of an email. Both, reflected warmth, and support which immediately puts the client at ease. The 1:1 contact between agent and customer is one to be proud of enabling a streamlined, professional, and proficient approach between agent and client without lengthy response times, which can, at times, cause undue stress when waiting for answers. GoogleBought my first property with help from both Gemma and Ayden - both were fantastic. Gemma showed me around the property I eventually bought with so much enthusiasm and knowledge; she really made the process exciting. She was also incredibly supportive throughout the offer/acceptance process and talked me through everything (I was a very nervy first-time-buyer and she made feel completely at ease). She also recommended a great solicitors' firm for the purchase, which I was also grateful for. Buying during a pandemic certainly wasn't as stressful as I thought it would be with help from Entwistle Green Dale Street!

GoogleMy experience with this company has been an terrible experience. The apartment i am renting for my daughter was filthy dirty with all the old waste from the previous tenant still there when we arrived to move in Public hair in the bathroom, food on the side it took my wife and daughter all weekend to clean up. Since this instance I have been virtually ignored by the staff at the office. Please avoid at all costs.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

GoogleI recently sold a city centre apartment through Entwistle Green managed by Gemma Randall. The service I received was excellent and the apartment was sold within 1 week of going to market, unfortunately the sale fell through after a number of months when the buyer backed out. However, Gemma sold the property again within 2 weeks of it going back to market and for the full asking price! I can recommend Entwistle Green and their team (Gemma and Ayden in my case) to provide a professional and efficient service and I would certainly use them again.

GoogleI recently used Entwistle Green for the sale of a property. The team there were very professional throughout and were always available to answer any questions and to update on the progress of the sale. Jamie in particular went above and beyond in helping to progress the sale as quickly as possible. Having listed the property with other agents, it was Entwistle’s who generated by far the most viewings and were able to find a buyer for me. I would highly recommend.

GoogleHi all, My GF and I have just bought our first house yesterday and we felt compelled to review the service we received from Entwistle Green Dale St Liverpool, and in particular our agent Ayden. Genuinely wouldn’t have been in our place this side of Xmas without him - communicating with us, our solicitors, and the sellers solicitors so effectively and timely. Like most sales we also hit plenty of roadblocks. One in particular springs to mind with our leaseholder which at the time had lasted well over a month with no progress. We turned to Ayden for help and the *next day* the road was clear again. We picked the keys up yesterday at 4.45pm after another day of drama with the support of Ayden communicating to both sides - mission accomplished, I’m sure he’ll read this so thank you mate and have a well deserved Xmas break and NYE.
