GoogleI arranged an apartment viewing with Entwistle Green. They issued automated reminder texts about the appointment. I arrived on time and they never turned up! When I called to ask what was going on, it wasn't good customer service at all - needed to check something and cut off the call. They then called me back to say the viewing was cancelled as they couldn't find the keys. Overall a bad experience and a complete waste of time.

GoogleAfter being locked out of my apartment for less than 10 minutes, Nicolette Ford together with the Site manager, went above and beyond to ensure that we were back in our flat as quickly as possible. Nicolette was a credit to Entwistle Green as she personally sourced a locksmith and ensured we were both comfortable and safe. Thank you!

GoogleThis team are incredible at what they do,once you commit they get it done quickly and efficiently.my property took under 2 weeks contract signed and keys and they set up all your energy suppliers water and council tax you literally sit back and relax.communication was excellent thank you so much a credit to the company

GoogleVery bad experience. The agent booked the wrong house for the viewing. I lost money and time to get there. The agent who came was very unprofessional and couldn't manage the difficult situation. Please triple check what they are saying and confirm if they got everything right. I don't recommend them.
