Absolutely shocking company to sell your house with, never keep you in the loop about your house and you have to constantly ring them for updates, tell you there’s nothing they can do to help boost your homes selling, and charged over £5,000 to sell the house as they don’t let you come out the contract as they put in the clause if you cancel and the house sells within 12 weeks they will still charge the £5,400 fee, disgusting company.

If i could give minus 1 star i would, especially for the business in saint Anne’s, very prejudiced and judgy, i am a wealthy man and when inquiring about a property to rent to the snotty woman in charge of rental properties she immediately told me all properties are not available, such a horrible character trait to have.

GoogleA brilliant experience from start to finish. Extremely polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to support and accommodate any request or question, from viewings all the way to the moving-in date and beyond. The entire team I dealt with, Millie, Zoe, Rebecca, and Alex, was incredible throughout. They actively suggested properties that suited my requirements and worked hard to make the process as pain-free as possible. I could not recommend them more.

GoogleWow... I am grateful to the team for their understanding and patience in ensuring that I rent this property. Of notable mention is Millie Burge who was the agent I had most conversation with. Millie ensured that I had the necessary information and documents that were required to secure the property. Quite polite and transparent with the necessary info so I do not make any mistake in my application. Most peeps that have visited my flat have commended that it's neat and spacious.

Entwistle Green Crosby is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The initial inventory was filled with outright lies and took a very long time to rectify, during our rental the problems we reported for maintenance took very long times to be fixed. The exit inventory check was booked for over a month, we both took time off work to attend it because they can not be trusted, only after we had arrived at the property and waited, past the time that they were supposed to arrive did we get a phone call saying that they were not coming. Again we can not trust them to do the inventory without us present to ensure it is done correctly. So we will loose more work to attend if it is rearranged.Disgusting behaviour and a shameful display of customer service.

Corruption at its best. We tried purchasing 5 Plumer Street Liverpool L15. The house was for sale for £75,000 on the website. The repossessed house was sold by the bank. The deal was sealed on Friday by one of the girls. Monday, Kristy said the bank had declined the offer and asked me to increase it. I increased this to £76,000. Georgia rang and said they have accepted the offer. I asked her to send a confirmation email but she did not. The following day I rang in to chase the email and got Kristy again. The woman was so rude and aggressive and sent me this. Now looking back there were a lot of red flags from the start. We waited for 45 minutes outside the house for viewing. The estate agent had gone to the wrong address. I would not recommend anyone buying, selling, or renting from these girls. They are extremely unprofessional. They also appear not really educational sound. Moving forward I will google the estate agent reviews before contacting them. Your reviews are pathetic and if I would have seen this before I would not be contacting you. I will be reporting this to the regulated body as this estate agent should close it doors."Hello Please accept his offer as confirmation that you offer of is not high enough. TrustpilotUSELESS - buyers/sellers/renters AVOID
We were in the process of looking at buying at house at the start of this year. We found a house listed with this sorry excuse of an estate agent, and they booked us in for a viewing at 12.15pm. We got to the viewing and within 5 minutes there were at least 50 other people waiting outside to view this house. Everyone that had booked a viewing had obviously brought one of two people with them (a lot of first time buyer couples and their parent/s) so it was absolutely heaving.

I highly do not recommend using Entwistle Green. I dealt with Julie Winkler at the Bury branch. Extremely unhelpful and rude. She made it impossible to book a viewing for a house I was interested in buying. I since contacted the seller directly, to be told that the seller had been lied to on numerous ocassions and Julie was pushing for an inside job to sell the property to a property developer. Very unprofessional.

Rat infestation but they don’t think that’s urgent enough to ring landlady. The lady dealing with it isn’t in work but somehow they can’t tell me anything because she’s not in! What sort of a process is that when colleagues can’t check on what’s happening with maintenance issues. When I asked why they can’t ring rather than email landlady they hung up on me hope they don’t chew through electrics as if I was paying for property management for my home I wouldn’t be very happy.
