She is very friendly and approachable - she has supported us through the process and has always replied to queries/been available when needed. This company are thieves. Beware of them. They call you unlimited to convince you to rent a property and when you pay Deposite they tell you that your reff failed and hold onto your money. They do it to immigrants and target people of black race. They target immigrant who newly migrated to the company and try to get money from them. They defrauded us 1 week Deposite. Thieves. Entwistle Green, Maghull, dealt with the sale of my house, and I couldn't rate them high enough. I mostly communicated with Georgia but also spoke to Mia and Laura. Georgia dealt with me the most, and she sorted out all queries and questions quickly and professionally. Be aware of Entwistle Green, Countrywide Group, under Connells Group in the UK

We signed a contract for full management with Entwistle Green in Widnes (co-firm of Countrywide and Connells Group) to rent out our property. They caused us damage on a value of our property by about £30000. They concealed their income in Annual tax report to HMRC repeatedly, ignored our complaints, refused to do check up, charged us money for work which has not been supported by any evidence, they charged us for uncomplete services, they have not cared about the law and the rights, they puy phone down or did not pick up their phone, the have not replied, ignored us to provide the documentation, they told answers differently from thr facts, and also the opposite between their workers, they caused irretrievable damages to us-landlord. Entwistle Green and Countrywide team went on Christmas holiday and knowingly left a leaking water on the tenants' heads. They were irresponsible ignorants, uselest unprofessionals, told us the lies, has not provided documentation and services ordered by the law, uncomplete documentatipn, reports, in entory, and check-out report for which they charged us they deducted our rental income without any documentation, quotes, photos for and after repairs, they allowed tenants to change a whole kitchen without our consent, if they changed gas, electricity, or water they had not made the revision reports, they caused us-the landlord many problems, they have not cared about 6x unpaid rent in two months arrears but told us that everything was fine, that the tenants were happy. They made us to feel that we were robbed and the law was ineffective to protect us-the landlord.

I can't thank the Maghull Office in Merseyside enough for the help support and commitment the team provided throughout the purchase of my home. The knowledge, skills and abikity the team have is amazing, and although they are very busy, they always had time to help and assist. Communication was excellent throughout my purchase, to include excellent interpersonal skills that always made me feel reassured. The branch Manager Sarah and Georgia were totally amazing at their job and really lovely people. Sam, who was my financial advisor was truly both a lovely person and excellent at his job. Moving home is a stressful time, however. The team at Maghull helped me from start to end. I would highly recommend the team at Maghull to help with house sale,purchase or mortgages. Having dealt with a lengthy sale due to a problematic sitting tenant which lead to a court case and then issues with the buyer, this branch and everyone in it deserves a medal. Kate and Steph the branch managers were super helpful. Catherine gave great advice when needed. Georgia was brilliant each time I rang up which was a lot towards the end of the sale. When we decided to sell our property we had no previous experience of the procedure. Catherine arrived talked us through everything and advised on the most suitable options for our sale. This information was priceless to us. Once the process was agreed and the photos and description of the property were available to view we had a very enthusiastic team on hand to look after the sale. Georgia and Mia were the main contacts at Maghull Entwistle Green branch who delivered everything required to advance the sale of our property. Nothing too much trouble for them and handled everything professionally for us. Even if the request was out of their area of concern they tried to address any problems. Used them to manage our one letting. Abysmal service from start to finish. Staff turnover, including managers seems to be excessive and every time we had an issue, we had to deal with a different manager. They didn’t appear to know the legislation regarding HMOs and certainly didn’t explain the implications to us as landlord when sourcing tenants. They charged us for maintenance work that wasn’t carried out and the maintenance work they did complete had to be redone on several occasions because of its poor quality. Communication was absolutely dreadful (apart from when we dealt with Samantha Blease) - calls not returned, emails not answered. Administration appears to be non-existent - they took over 18 months to get paperwork signed by the tenants for a straightforward rent increase. (We discovered by chance that the tenants had actually been paying the increased amount without our knowledge for the entire time but this was not passed on until we brought it to their attention). They’re owned by Countrywide who appear to have no interest in providing a service to either tenants or landlords. If you do decide to use them for lettings management, you should be prepared to check absolutely everything they do, which actually defeats the objective of appointing and paying a managing agent to act on your behalf. So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

I could not ever recommend at least this branch for those wanting to rent. It is nearly impossible to get someone to answer the phone and if they do they barely know what is going on, we did not speak to the same person twise but all had the same script " i am not sure but will find out and give u a ring back later today" that phone call back doesnt arrive!! (I can't say the same for other branches)
