My customer experience and journey with Rebecca Gravner has been nothing short of amazing. From finding a tenant for my property all the way to moving them in she was polite and helpful. Obstructive and awful experience

This is a review for the Bury branch. I am an 84 year old widow and I am absolutely disgusted with the way this company acts, and I will be pursuing them further, through the Property Ombudsmen. They were not providing an adequate service, with hidden charges and poor value for money, and when I tried to change to a different estate agent they claimed they were not receiving any emails. I know for a fact they were sent these emails by the other estate agents, as we were cc'd in the email chain, and Entwistle Green are just being deliberately obstructive. They have carried on in this way for the past few weeks, and they are causing me a lot of stress.

We used the Countrywide Mortgage Services when buying our first property through entwistle Green. Sam made the process incredibly easy. A very honest and informative person, who you can tell has knowledge and experience in the field. He put us at ease during the most stressful parts of the process by being available and easy to talk to. We always felt in safe hands with Sam and we look forward to using his expertise in the years to come. The entwistle team we also cannot fault, especially Georgia, who was friendly and managed the process efficiently. Highly reccomend any first time buyer using this agency and morgage service.

We have just recently sold a property with Entwistle Green Maghull. From the start Georgia has been great to deal with nothing has been too much trouble for her chasing any queries we had or getting things moving between the two solicitors. Always returned our calls and emails very promptly and when she was on holiday Mia was fantastic too helping filling out forms etc online. It has been a very positive experience dealing with the staff at the Maghull branch and I would certainly use them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We lived in our first home for over ten years and felt nervous selling. Catherine came out and instantly put us at ease. She was friendly and didn’t use any pushy sales or jargon techniques making us pick Entwistle Green over other local estate agents we also had out. Mia and Georgia on sales were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Every query and call dealt with quickly and efficiently. We had an issue with the buyers solicitors and Mia was helping us fight the battle to push the sale along. Mia constantly kept us up to date and was our point of contact. We could not fault her enthusiasm and attitude. If Mia was not available Georgia was on hand to help- again always feeling they had our best interests at heart. We also used Sam the mortgage advisor. He is fantastic. He did everything to get us the best deal. He spent so much time advising and was always keeping us fully up to date. We cannot fault the team - Catherine, Mia, Georgia and Sam. And would like to thank the 3 of them for making our house sale run smoothly.

Also behind the scenes in the property management centre Pauline Fisher. Pauline it is a pleasure to have you looking after our properties. Pauline is 100% efficient, friendly, polite and always positive. She is a fantastic organiser and communicator. Pauline always liaises with us on issues that have arisen and communicates throughout. I just wanted to say a HUGE 'thank you' to Georgia for her actions yesterday. A house alarm had been going off day & night for around 4 days in an empty house sold by yourselves (PR8). I did ring another Branch, but they did not get back to me. Yesterday morning, in desperation, I rang your Maghull Office and spoke to Georgia (delightful young woman). Georgia immediately contacted the Vendor who had forgotten to turn the alarm off and offered to go back that evening. Georgia then followed through with a telephone call with the above information. Would highly recommended Entwistle Green Maghull. I seen my dream flat, sent an enquiry and received a call with 5 minutes inviting me to a viewing that afternoon. I completed the application form that day due to my urgency to move. Referencing was all complete within days and I was ready to move in. Very straightforward and efficient. I moved house back in May and Joe was absolutely brilliant. I am so grateful for his patience and willingness in finding me my new home. He went above and beyond, showing me round multiple properties until we found the perfect one. It was such a smooth process and he was brill keeping us up to date with everything. I was moved in after viewing the house in about a week and a half!! Joe made it so easy to move and I couldn't recommend him enough. Recently sold house with Entwistle Green Maghull. Georgia, Mia and Sarah were so friendly, approachable and efficient during a rather protracted sale which was no fault of theirs. They did a marvellous job especially liaising with ours and our buyer's solicitors to secure our sale. My fiancé and I recently bought our first home through Entwistle Green and dealt with the Maghull office. Overall, we were really pleased with the service we received and would recommend them. Entwistle were really helpful throughout and were always happy to explain things in detail. We never had any issues getting through to the team, who always called back promptly. We mainly dealt with Georgia and Mia, who were fantastic. They were both extremely personable, friendly and checked in with us along the process. By the end, it almost felt like we knew them, despite never actually meeting in person. We couldn't have asked for better people to deal with.

This company are thieves. Beware of them. They call you unlimited to convince you to rent a property and when you pay Deposite they tell you that your reff failed and hold onto your money. They do it to immigrants and target people of black race. They target immigrant who newly migrated to the company and try to get money from them. They defrauded us 1 week Deposite. Thieves.
