I can't thank the Maghull Office in Merseyside enough for the help support and commitment the team provided throughout the purchase of my home. The knowledge, skills and abikity the team have is amazing, and although they are very busy, they always had time to help and assist. Communication was excellent throughout my purchase, to include excellent interpersonal skills that always made me feel reassured. The branch Manager Sarah and Georgia were totally amazing at their job and really lovely people. Sam, who was my financial advisor was truly both a lovely person and excellent at his job. Moving home is a stressful time, however. The team at Maghull helped me from start to end. I would highly recommend the team at Maghull to help with house sale,purchase or mortgages. They are absolutely horrible, particularly when you finish the agreement with them. They will not helpful at all for releasing deposits money. I have been waiting to get my deposit back for over 2 weeks now still they haven’t done anything and they didn’t contact to landlord as well. They asked me to contact to landlord whereas I booked the property and deposited through them and now they’re not even trying to help me out. Not recommended at all. Be careful, if you go for any agreement with this Allerton Brunch.

They and us ended up achieving the completion despite a very poor conveyancer, who was quite the opposite! Be careful who you appoint as a conveyancer!

So refreshing to deal with enthusiastic knowledgeable staff. Rachael was fantastic on the phone and left a great first impression. Poppy came to do the valuation and was really took time to discuss everything and again had the knowledge and was prepared fully. They put themselves out for viewings etc where others estate agents make little effort to accommodate a date a time you need. I will 100% be using these girls. Brilliant 👏

We started working with the team at Allerton, at first with a degree of scepticism, having dealt with a number of estate agents in the past as landlords, some treated us with indifference & some were just incompetent. However, after a short while we were very pleasantly surprised by Shelia Carroll & her excellent team (Gail Hines, Alex O'Shea & Beverley Bramil), they were extremely efficient, polite & kept us up to date with progress. They found us tenants within two weeks & dealt with the paperwork and closed all the loops. We would highly recommend Sheila & her team it was a pleasure working with them.

Joe and Bev at the Allerton office took all the stress away from the job of reletting our property. The process has been so slick and very quick with both Joe and Bev going out of their way to get the reletting process completed and new contract over the line, even taking calls on their days off! I can't believe when our previous tenant moved out at short notice that in less than a week Entwistle Green managed to get new tenants in, with the added bonus of a significant improvement to the rent achieved. This benfitted all parties involved as it saved the outgoing tenant a month's rent, got the new tenants moved in quickly and achieved an improved yield for us as landlords. We will be using the Allerton team for our other rentals going forward.

Entwistle Green were excellent in selling the house, but fell short on a number of occasions. 1. They didn’t place the for sale sign at the property for a week or so after agreeing to sell the property. 2. The after sales service was very poor. There was a lack of communication about what was happening during the sales process. I had to phone repeatedly to find out what was happening and struggled to get through on the phone most times I rang the office. Most times all I got was an answer machine and on the rare occasions I did get through I was made to feel like a nuisance for asking about updates on the sale. Finally, not one estate agent remained with me throughout the sale process and it was obvious they didn’t relay details of what was happening to each other. Overall if you want a fast sale with poor after sales service then Entwistle Green are for you.

I tried to rent a property with these guys which fell through for no fault of the estate agents. My needs/wants were specific (location,pet friendly and type of neighbourhood etc) and within a couple of hours Gail pulled another property out of the bag that was just as good,if not better than the one that got away! After that I was dealing with a couple of people in the office of which all were accommodating,friendly and all went the extra mile(Shout out to Beverley also. I recommend these guys any day. Great work ethics.....all they need to do now is bring me some furnishings and some beers and Im super happy!!!!

We have recently sold our property with Entwistle Green Allerton. We mainly dealt with Fiona, who valued our house and produced the literature and Rachel who was an invaluable point of contact. Our house sold for full asking price within days of being put on the market and we were unable to find a suitable property for our purchase. Rachel and Fiona phoned around all their contacts trying to find a property and also drove around our search area posting leaflets through houses they thought may be of interest to us. Sold my property with Kirsty and Sophie and the team in Allerton around a month ago, so so glad i chose this estate agents. We recently completed on the purchase of our new home through Entwistle Green and our experience was fantastic. Firstly, the viewing was arranged very quickly and we were very excited by the property and it’s potential. Although I can’t remember his name, the man who showed us around the property was very friendly, gave us information about the house and allowed us some extra time to look around. This led to us putting an offer in, however due to other interest the property went to best and final offers. During this time I dealt almost exclusively with the interim branch manager, Peter Ryder. Peter was wonderful and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was very friendly, polite and kept us updated at regular intervals via email and over the phone. Dealing with Peter was nothing but a pleasure, therefore it was fantastic to receive the news from him that our best and final offer had been accepted. As conveyancing progressed I then dealt with Vicky Roberts. Vicky was completely fabulous! She kept me informed at regular intervals over the phone which was really pleasing. If I had any questions or concerns Vicky always addressed them in a very timely manner. At all times she was really enthusiastic and professional whilst being super friendly, super fun, and a complete joy to deal with. Again, I can’t speak highly enough of Vicky, she made the experience of buying our new home easy and fun too! It was therefore very fitting that we were able to meet Vicky a couple of weeks ago to pick up the keys and to personally thank her. The whole process from first viewing to completion took approximately 2 months, and a lot of this is down to the team at Entwistle Green and I am extremely pleased with them hence my rating.
