GoogleSold my Property through Entwistle Green. Staff were very friendly and polite. Great communication throughout the process. They managed to successfully solve an issue that was holding up the sale that was not of their making. On top of the great service throughout they managed to get me an offer above the asking price. Would definitely recommend them if you were selling your property

GoogleRented a flat by this agency and had the most smooth, rapid and easy process to move! Not only got fast replies, the whole process was dealt very easily using an app for references. Plus the agency help me and referred me to find the best companies for my flat bills!

GoogleGreat service. I dropped in for some guidance due to not purchasing in the area before and to get a feel of the some of the estate agents in the area. The service at Entwistle Green was great, the most helpful agency I visited, very knowledgeable staff happy to share their information. I look forward to finding a property with them.

The Maghull office mismanaged my property from 2017-2024, according to the contract they were supposed to inspect the property every 3 months, this never happened despite regular requests.

GoogleSo they advertised a Flat for sale online. Aimed at First Time Buyers. However nowhere in the advert does it mention that the property has a tenant in situ. Very misleading and damaging. Reported to Trading Standards for false advertisement.

Cannot speak more highly of the Liverpool City Office Sales team ! I am a property investor and was looking to expand our portfolio to Liverpool and was lucky enough to work with Dan Wharton. He was not only able to find us the perfect property and secure the deal for us but also took time out of his day to show us the rest of the city His knowledge, passion and honesty is truly refreshing and we knew we had not only chosen well with the city but also stumbled upon a person who would be able to help us with our future purchases hereWe are a few weeks into the purchase now and just as Dan promised , he and his team are always happy to help whenever we needed them. A call to Claudia last week ensured the solicitors were chased and paperwork located. Nothing ever seems too much trouble andI would recommend this office for anyone thinking of buying a home as an investment or for themselves in this beautiful city !

My offer was accepted more than 1 month ago in St Helens, survey done and no sales memo yet issued to my solicitor to process purchase deal. No reply to calls and emails. Before doing survey which is costly, agent confirmed the property sold vacant possession and no chain.Now still awaiting follow up work from the agent.Rather frustrating.

It was nice to receive a call this morning from the Maghull branch to arrange a viewing for a property in Liverpool only to be told the landlord does not accept DSS, when I explained this was discrimination she said it wasn't as it was a condition of the landlords morgatge. I suffer from poor health and have a disability so this must mean I can't pay my rent and I shouldn't be given some where to live because of this? Is my money not as good as anyone elses? Things are difficult enough as it is without experiences like this making it worse.

My partner and I had an excellent experience using this branch in particular with Karen. Karen helped us looking at a couple of properties and finally choosing the one for us, where I felt she really cared about helping us through the process of being accepted for the rental. She was a great help and was very reassuring thoughout the process, communicating each step, answering all my questions and making it as smooth as possible for us. Googlethe worst agent that you could leave your trust and property with. no one ever follows up any communication. they take messages and promise to ring but no one ever calls you. it is better to do the job yourself than trusting them. the service is awful. there seems to be a big trun over of staff and no manger in charge.

TrustpilotAwful - they try to hold onto your good faith / holding deposit
TerribleHave kept hold of my "good faith deposit" that I paid when I viewed the property in order to secure it prior to tenancy. They have been making it incredibly hard to get back. Even though I took up the tenancy and paid rent like clockwork for two years. I think they rely on people giving up.Don't give them any holding deposit OR good faith deposit without a written invoice or document prior to you handing money over.Update. After months of going through the Property Ombudsman Entwistle Green Lost! They had to pay me the good faith deposit back. It was proved that they had tried to keep the deposit (through a process of taking the deposit twice - once at viewing and then trying some fancy accounting on the first rent bill).
