GoogleAwful ,No compassion no empathy for a tennant with personal issues and £200 charge because there was a little bit of dog hair and an oven needed a clean. The tenant was a 77 year old man and oven pride costs less than £4!!!
We make no apologies for protecting and defending the best interests of our landlords! Berkeley Shaw do not earn a penny from arranging the cleaning of a property after a tenant has left their property in an unacceptable condition.

Sorry to hear this. Jackie no longer works for Berkeley Shaw. That said, we did hear many good things about Jackie and she got lots of thank you gifts. Our sales staff always act in the best interests of the seller and sometimes that is to the disappointment of prospective buyers . Keep safe!
