I had a very helpful agent from Berkeley Shaw Crosby branch helping me with the purchase of my new home. Her name is Emma Morris and was very quick in returning my calls and messages everytime without fail. That is what you call professionalism in the highest degree. Not only was she most professional and efficient, she seemed like she actually cared about her clients and wanted them to achieve success in buying their homes. I wanted to write to acknowledge what a fantastic job Rachael Doyle has been doing in successfully letting and managing my 4 properties in Liverpool over the last 8 years. Rachael is outstanding: she is hard working, good natured, intelligent and diplomatic. She is also loyal and has always stood by me including on one occasion refusing to give in to pressure from a contrary and belligerent overseas buyer who was trying to gain access to one of my properties prior to sale and without my permission. We were lucky to have chosen this agent because they were brilliant, especially Emma who had the difficult job of keeping the sale moving, she worked so hard.
