I was recommended Mundys by a respected acquaintance. From the very first valuation meeting I felt that the sale was in safe hands, The person who came to that meeting essentially sealed the idea for me that I was going to use them. I would say that the agents have behaved impeccably from the outset. providing me with just enough information without bombarding me with unnecessary messages and phone calls. At all times I have felt they were acting on my behalf and at the same time I felt they were treating the purchasers with respect also. Also Mundys came up with a very useful suggestion when we had multiple bidders to facilitate the best sale price for the property. The fees charged were also very competitive. Really impressed with Tom, Lorraine and Vicki who were instrumental in the sale of our home. We had previously marketed with another local agent to no avail and the lack of contact was noticeable. We were recommended to Mundys and never looked back. Similar to post below. My husband and I were interested in purchasing a home. Mundys had us in a bidding war prior to telling us there was someone else interested in the property. In fact they told us they had no other interest in the house. We found out someone else was putting in offers too. We felt our offers were to drive up someone else’s. completely dishonest. Will never trust them or buy from them.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Mundys from start to finish. Tom Bell valued our home and we were delighted with his recommendation to show the back of the house rather than the front in the opening photograph and with the price we agreed to market at, most professional as was Lorraine and Vicky. Always kept in the touch with us and followed up immediately after any viewings. We were recommended to Mundys by Tina Pepper who was delighted and you sold her house as you did for her. We previously marketed with Bells and decided to change to Mundys after we had no success. Mundys have done us proud and found us a buyer and it's allowed us to move to out beloved Woodhall Spa, thank you so much. Highly recommend!

Trying to find somewhere new to rent was proving extremely stressful, but thankfully when I found a property I liked with Mundys they took over everything and were there from day one with support and advice. The team were always happy to help and kept me up to date by phone and emails, letting me know what was happening. Efficient and friendly at all times, and I was always able to make appointments to the office to fit around my work too. Without Emily, Fabienne and Hymie putting in so much effort I think I would have given in! Cannot praise them highly enough for everything they did and am now looking forward to moving in to my new property. A pleasure to find such excellent service and friendliness in this day and age when so many places just don't care. Thank you everyone at Mundys!

After buying a house with Mundys I thought I would be writing a positive review. The team we purchased our house with were efficient and pleasant to work with. Unfortunately Mundys showed their true colours when we came to move out of the rental we were living in. Unbelievably high charges upon moving out, week's of delays in returning our deposit and even had the nerve to quote one price to us in the inspection and triple it upon the final charges. We went from recommending Mundys to dreading every interaction with them. They represent everything that is wrong with the rental system today. Renters Beware.

Total lack of customer service , Poor communication, rude staff, inefficient service. i had 3 issues during tenancy, 1st one was a water pressure issue, despite chasing nothing happened, in the end they just offered me the landlords number to deal direct! great management , 2nd time i rang to say there was a beeping noise that was going off every minute, the guy came ion a routine inspection and his answer was it is one of your sons toys that has been left on!!! 3 whole months later with that bleep going off every minute, it turned out it was a c02 alarm that was under the floorboards in one of the bedrooms, thankfully it was just a battery that was low rather than a problem , then at end of tenancy we both signed end of tenancy sheet, they then added on a charge a week after and i was told by the arrogant assistant manager (he didnt have the luxury of having the inventory during inspection) LUXURY!! surely you would turn up equipped to do the job rather than rush in and out and then add items after both signed.

Where to start! These guys are fantastic. Without the help of the senior sales consultant Vicki Wilkinson I’m sure we would have waited for months. Professional to a T they pushed the sale through and kept us up to date with everything, especially when the solicitors were all playing games. Give up now with this lettings agency. Just are not prepared to accommodate me with not living in the Lincoln area and travelling a long distance by public transport. They gave me a 3,45pm appointment and said I could wait in the pub for 45mins as I said I would get there for 2pm! Then when I rang again just now re next week they said the property would most likely go before the end of next week as the tenants could not do Monday or Tuesday and all they had was Wednesday which I could not do. Refused to let me do Thursday. I've had problems with the weekend staff in the past. I tend to agree with the negative reviews of this establishment now. Let's see if it does go as they predict! When people are coming from a distance they should accommodate them better with the tenants surely. I was not aware Mundys were clairvoyants who can predict who the landlord is going to choose and insinuate IT WILL GO IMMEDIATELY. Its laughable.
