GoogleBought a house through Mundys - Lincoln, the team understood that we where first time buyers and went above and beyond ensuring that we understood what was going on, what questions to ask and updated us at every given opportunity. I would HIGHLY recommend buying through them, and I am sure when we come to sell, we shall be using them!

GoogleThey did not show up to an arranged viewing. I called and asked if the estate agent was coming, I was told to try and ring the door bell they may be in there already. The tenent answered the door and showed us around. The tenent said the same thing happened to them. I haven't heared anything from Mundys since.

GoogleThe agent does not appreciate the tenants and will always ask for rent increment over the time. Beside this, they are not competent agent and always delaying the maintenance issues. Lastly, they probably will overcharged you and the DPS will not protect your right as tenant. There might be better agent outside there than Mundys
